AC was not working when I stayed. Otherwise everything is ok

If I have an option, my ratings will be minus.Reasons ....1. Not good for families2.the room which I have booked given to someone (even after I confirmed twice and a personal visit after booking)3. The alternative rooms were not ready, thats bad when elderly people and ladies been in long tired train/bus journey.. and looking for rest room4. Communication given two weeks prior and even confirmation given twice before the visit.5. Worst ventilation, if everything is fine then there is no issues, but if your neighbors started smoking... Then entire floor is stinks due to poor ventilation..STRICTLY NOT FOR ELDERLY AND LADIES
