A gateway society, inside the Derawali village but near to Mumbai Pune express way

Its a good place, but the surroundings need to be developed.After a rain, the whole area will be in rain water and the roads wont even be visible properly.Even the roads arent properly constructed. Its more of a village kind of area.The rates are cheap here as of now, but will increase because its a part of Navi Mumbai.

Its not as good as other options you find around, and there is a swimming pool but you cant use it if you are not the owner of your flat and also the wall putty of all the rooms from inside is coming out and construction is not of the best quality.

I am living here, its construction is worst
