We went in emergency but its horrible experience, first of all due to COVID they will ask you sit outside including patients where no fans are running, they will ask to fill a form only to provide COVID information like vaccinated or not, recent travel, fever, cough, attended any function, etc. etc... The funny part is that the receptionists who are working are either without masks or mask below the nose. They are so afraid of COVID, Over charges and the treatment which was given to us no use. Again we need to go other hospital.

Nice & clean hospital, good waiting room. Doctor verma is very professional and considerate. He answers most questions before you ask , so the time spent on consultation seems very short. He didnt even charge for the follow up consultation.

All positive reviews here are clearly fake. I was under the impression that it was some research facility with doctors etc. from the name. But there is only a board stating research centre and it is just a old house in the interior of Pallikaranai. No one including the doctor look like they are what they are supposed to be. And they tell you to go through blood test and prescribe medicines and you feel that you are at the fake place. But having come, I paid and also bought medicines prescribed but it was of no use at all. Not sure what the single doctor is trying to achieve by naming his house as a research centre for letter head purposes.

Worst... They cant share any info on phone call... They say come to hospital... Thats all... They dont know how to treat patients...

Doctor is good and cured the fever without any injection But he doesnt like questioning. Sir common people might ask you questions/stupid-questions, youre in a position to clarify it as a doctor but why you are getting annoyed? Plz be polite sir, we are not doctors but you.

Clean clinic,good seating arrangements for patients,Dr Verma is a good doctor and would recommend to people who would want to get well through a proper course of time.

Very worst. I went there for fever. They even dint take the temperature for me. Just sitting infront of system and typing the details. At last I have viral fever and see another doctor. Very bad and worst.
