A worst experience there, staffs are not behaving good. Actually, I purchased a T-shirt costs ₹499 but as per covid, trial was not allowed, so purchased it... But another day when I came for exchange for getting a larger size, staffs were saying no exchange this time, came again here but found no availability of bigger size, and have to buy essentials in food department of same price of tshirt.

Its a nice shopping mart. You can find everything here like on ground floor - clothes, accessories, bedsheets and blanets, kitchen products, stationery and toys; in basement- buckets and tubs, grocery, cups and mugs, chocolates and soft drinks. Products to worship like scented incense sticks and dhoop, cute little fake plants to decorate your room, sanitary products and other essential things are available here. The only thing I didnt like is that the entryway is in Ground floor but Exit and billing counter is in basement, so even if you havent bought anything or bought just a cloth you have to go to basement to exit as theres no exit on ground floor.

So. Dirty people spit anywhere in vmm no power backup so horrible

No parking. Grocery department is in basement. Floor is uneven. Ups and downs are there on whole floor which creates problems to customer using trolly. Very unsafe.Needed improvement for floor planning.

The products are good, but theres unavailability mostly, staff dont respond appropriately, lack of electricity, you might find yourself in dark while looking for things, quite a misers mall, they dont even turn on fans or all the lights, billing delayed due to slow system and lack of power supply again, they dont want to use the generator either and even if they do, they turn off the lights. If you got the whole day and ability to bear the heat, please proceed else quick buyers and time savers, not recommended

Excellent, but I have one question that is , when you allow to exchange clothes than why dont you allow trial room .? Because there is high risk is in home not at mall.
