Nice school for boys....
Incorporation into the mainstream of education in the city of Mission Deoghar and various sections of Grampanchal, which were unfamiliar with the light of education. Description In the 1950s, it is the late Pandit Suranath Jha of the Panda society of Deoghar, and the only high school of Friends of Deoghar. I was a teacher, Awadh Babu said one day, How many days will you continue to work as an ordinary teacher in this school? This will not do full justice to your talent. Why dont you open a school? These things made him very sensitive. He thought of opening 1 school in which people of every community, every religion of the city, could get education without any discrimination. He told this idea to his elder brother, late Pandit Indranath Jha, he also supported him and assured all kinds of cooperation.Elder brother Late Indranath Jha told this idea to his employer, Nagar Seth Kashinath Sharraf (aka Gillu Seth). Among students, there was unquestioning reverence and acceptance towards Suranath Babu, one of such former students was Mr. Kashinath Sharraf. He was the son of late Shri Rameshwar Lal Sharraf, a prominent businessman and dedicated Congress leader of the city. Agreed to invest in this work. Seth gladly agreed, but realizing his limits, he requested Suranath Babu to assume all the responsibility of running the school in addition to the post of Principal. Just a Jai-yatra started, the exercise to build a new school. Both brothers took up this initiative and took the name of Baidyanath and started the school in 1951 under the leadership of late Pandit Surnath Jha in a mercenary house. The school is named after Seth Kashinath Sharrafs father Rameshwar Lal Sharraf. And thus in 1951, Rameshwar Lal Sharraf High English School was established in a rented house. Surnath Babu selected teachers from among his former meritorious students. A new dimension was added to the Guru-disciple equation. The headteachers relationship with fellow teachers was determined not by service conditions but by human sensibilities.Simultaneously another campaign started, the student enrollment campaign. By establishing Sharaf High School, he made it possible for Prakash to enter many well-known families. The commemoration of his students and his parents shows the award to the best teacher by the then President Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan to the late Pandit Surnath Jha.
