Extremely disappointed by such low standards of service by an authorised Xiaomi Service Centre. The staff and the owner are extremely rude and non-helpful. Most of the times, they straight away deny any service refusing to acknowledge warranty claims. If you are visiting this place, brace yourself for rude behaviour of the people here.

This shop is not an authorised dealer of mi (u can confirm it by searching in the official website of mi, they have got a list there of all the authorised dealers of all the cities).I bought a pair of mi earphones which they claimed to be original but it stopped working after 2-3 months. Later when i went to exchange the product within the warranty period, first they told they would exchange later they denied. My earphones were not damaged. I wont recommend this shop for any mi product.
