Linger didn’t disappoint! In town for the weekend and decided to check it out on recommendation from a local. So happy we did! Great location, awesome decor and music, super friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable staff, and now the food and drinks… every sip and every bite was insanely delicious! Pork potstickers, Korean bbq tacos, tuna poke bowl, and pad Thai… Wish we could have ordered and tried more but we were stuffed! Will be back next time I’m in town to continue exploring their menu. Fun fact- the spaced used to be a mortuary!

So, we were really looking forward to trying this place under the Edible Beats Group. The ambiance of the joint was cool and smart casual. The staff was hospitable and responsive. Unfortunately we found the food unspectacular and fairly pricey. The arrangements and plating were aesthetically pleasing…but the flavors just didn’t wow us. The format was small plates/tapas … so the average person will probably need 2 plates to have their hunger satisfied. This was a key factor the price. The cocktails were quite nice…we’ll mixed and creative. I’d recommend Linger for a night amongst non-stingy friends.

The services was amazing but the recovery change was a bit much. The food was good but the room my party sat at was subpar atmosphere. It’s probably just me but sitting in the middle of the room feels off. Otherwise the food was vast with options of Asian cuisine style sauce and food a like for the most part. I had the lamb Colorado pita wrap, chucks of lamb not sliced. It sold me the dish under Middle East/African. My sweet potato fries was crunchy and the Texture was complementary to the peta bread. Savory sauce topping! Bit over my spending habits but it’s good to live a little. Cider was tart and crisp like it’s supposed to. Well done linger. Well done.

Repurposing a building with a morbid history to a chic eatery is pretty nifty. One could say its reviving the dead, eh?Various little jewels and gems throughout the venue to pay homage to its roots, we enjoyed taking the experience in. From bottles for water crafted from dark chemical storage bottles one would expect to see on the shelves in a horror movie to rollers underneath the table that one might imagine was used to roll a casket into the furnace, the design touches are spooky yet cool.Menu items are playfully named and span numerous options for those not quite sure of what to eat. The food is tasty and artfully plated. Overall, a good experience that was worth the wait.

Probably a me of my favourite places to eat dinner in Denver and the Korean BBQ gluten free tacos was probably the best I’ve ever had.We also LOVED the peanut butter dessert which was also gluten free. Service was awesome.Definitely will go back again on my next visit to Denver. Top- make reservations (even on weekday).

Beautiful restaurant but it was not worth the price in my opinion. Ive had much better meals for less and for the same price. Service was decent. I dont know if Ill come back a second time.

I really recommend booking before going here because it gets pretty packed, and you have higher chances of getting a place with a good view if you book. The neighborhood where it is located is very nice and the decor is amazing. The place is pricey, but all the restaurants in that area are. I highly recommend the hangover rammen and the sweet potatoes fries. The staff is super friendly too.

Went here a few weeks ago for my anniversary and the ambiance was perfect for date night and the staffs approach to making sure your having a good time is on point 👍, they are so observant. The food was great and we were very happy with our decision to dine here. Fun cocktails too!

The food is outstanding, the staff is amazing, the view and vibe is perfect. I have done lunch and dinner here and never been disappointed. The waitresses and waiters always go above and beyond. The presentations are great and the food will not disappoint. They set the bar for customer service. I have not been to a place that wasnt Michelin rated that had this level of service.

The food was delicious, but would recommend checking out the menu before going. The menu does change, so make sure there is something on there that you will want.The low stars are due to service. It was only 2 of us and we got seated in a booth in a corner that could seat 6. The server did not tell us about their specials, we overheard her telling the table next to us did not warn us about the kitchen closing, and took forever to give us the check and check us out.

The place was fantastic, great food, great service. As a Mexican I approve the BBQ tacos. And I absolutely recommend the peanut butter bar, it was fantastic.

I understand that the gimmick is a sit down food truck inspired meals (waitress words not mine) but an hour and a half for 2 entrées? Waitress had no problems asking if we wanted more drinks about 11 times. Just wanted to eat please! $26 for Pad Thai??? Covid19 might dwindle down your staff and I understand that, but house was full, maybe turn some people away if you cant get meals out in a timely manor. Quick serve them more drinks! Maybe they will keep ordering more food and drinks in between 30min wait times for the food. Never been so happy to see a McDonalds! Food finally!!!

The food was absolutely amazing and the environment is superb. I had the pork tamales and it had a mild kick of spice and was perfectly seasoned. My partner had the shrimp poboy and couldnt even talk because the food was so good they just focused on it. All around amazing.

The food here was good but this place is infested with flies. There’s two dead flies where I’m sitting and multiple flies flying around throughout my entire meal. It’s pretty gross.

Perfect date night ambience and experience! Food is delicious and good variety of choices! The fish is superb!Little Man ice cream is right outside for dessert! Great first experience! Was browsing restaurants in Google and came across this one. Had a nice menu with items from around the world... Asian, European, American, and others. Made a reservation. Upon entering, my wife and I were promptly greeted by friendly staff. The place has great atmosphere. We sat inside. Tried three different plates. The food was amazing! Worth a try!

First spot we hit for our trip to Denver. Such a cool atmosphere here. Drinks were great and the Wagyu sliders were amazing. Service was fantastic and Everyone in our group had a great time.

Linger is a perfect restaurant for Brunch, Lunch and Dinner with Asian inspired dishes. I liked that they had lots of gluten free, vegan and even pescatarian options. However, I thought it was odd that I was there at lunch time on a Saturday but could not order from the lunch menu only from the brunch menu.My husband, friends and I ordered a selection of items off the menu to share (as pictured) and a lot of different drinks. Every dish we ordered was delicious except the Hangover Ramen. The Bloody Mary Viking was not spicy but had more dill flavor. Not really my favorite drink. My top favorites were the Ginger Chili Shrimp Po Boy and the Mushroom Congee.They put a 2 hour cap per table which is good to get people in and out. The waitress we had was a little overloaded but another employee was able to step in to help move her tables along which I liked because then we werent waiting for a long time forOur food and drinks.I had booked reservations through Open Table and was seated immediately upon arrival. All staff members wore masks and customers were also required to wear masks when the are out of their seats.Linger seems to be a popular, trendy and vibrant restaurant a great place for a meal with a friend, group of friends or even a date.

The restaurant setting itself is worth the journey and the food made it a complete journey. The shareable portions allows for a veriety of flavors at your fingertips as opposed to more traditional dinners that limit you to a single dish. The fried chicken, pot stickers, and sliders were excellent to name a few of the dishes we tasted with our party. Looking forward to returning again and trying more flavors.

I paid $200+ for the $10 parking and the atmosphere and their sad attempt of Asian food. Not a recommend at all. Expensive just because they’re in Denver. Smh.

How fun to have a Corpse Reviver at Linger! (If you are unfamiliar with the history of this gem, I recommend looking it up!)Every bite was just incredible! Be sure to try one of the bao buns. They are an amazing treat!The team was very attentive and did an amazing job! This was our first time to experience Linger, and we are already looking forward to the next!

Our meal in an igloo was fabulous. Good service and wonderful appetizers and entrees. Each of our group tried something different and we were all impressed.

Linger has done a great job bouncing back and providing great service and awesome food post Covid shut downs. Our server and food runner were both very friendly and upbeat, food came out super fast and was delicious. We were celebrating an anniversary and first night out in 3 months and had the pot stickers (AMAZING dipping sauce!), wagyu beef sliders with sweet potato fries, spring rolls, lettuce wraps, chili shrimp, strawberry and rhubarb hand pies. and coffee and doughnuts. Everything was delicious! Pricing is on the high-side, but that doesnt seem to deter guests - it was a Sunday night and every (other) table was packed.

Longer has been one of our favorites for years. Showed up today with a reservation for the wrong day. Totally my mistake but they were incredibly accommodating and got us a table anyway

One of my favorite dinner spots in Denver! I recommend making reservations online before coming; they are usually really busy. But the food and drinks are always great. They have food for just about anyone and are Celiac friendly. I’d get here ~15-20 minutes early though because parking can be tricky in this area.

We’ll give it a 4 for experience & a 3 for food. Got there right at opening with no resy but sat down on the rooftop right away. Servers were friendly. Food was not as exciting as hoped but still a great experience overall.

One of the best meals Ive had!! What a beautiful experience and a perfect evening. Everything was delicious- like really really delicious. We had the seasonal margarita, lettuce wraps with poke, Korean fried chicken, and fried shrimp! We were also treated with a little appetizer bite which was unbelievable as well as champagne and dessert for our anniversary ❤ (the chocolate pudding was insane idk how they make it like that). Our server was incredibly sweet and made sure we had an unforgettable evening!

Great service from beginning to end and great food. We had the breakfast dosa and street cart steak and fries each. Flavors were amazing. We also decided to share the donut holes and the chocolate dipping sauce complimented them nicely. Definitely recommend Linger for a good brunch.

Because of a small logistical error, we went without a waiter for about 15 minutes after sitting down. This was no big deal, so we mentioned to the staff that we needed some service. They were so willing to repair that very small inconvenience that they gave us two free drinks and two free appetizers. The food was great, and since half of it was free thanks to a very very small inconvenience, I highly recommend eating at Linger and hoping they accidentally forget about you; it will be well worth it.

Such a great experience every time we come here. The ambiance is perfect and servers are delightful. Highly recommend the cheese curds and shishito peppers. It’s an amazing combination worth trying!

The food was absolutely out of this world, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. The restaurant atmosphere and decor itself was truly unique, especially knowing the history of the place. It’s a funky/creepy but upscale vibe. You can go here for any occasion and the atmosphere will fit perfect.As for dining, we especially enjoyed the Bao Buns and the Turmeric Mule drink. They also specially made my girlfriend a cucumber/cilantro infused vodka martini. She devoured the the Ramen and found it her favorite (she even took photos so we could try to replicate at home). Rad place!

What an awesome find!! The food blew my socks off. Incredible! And if ambiance is what your after...THIS PLACE has it in spades. On another note.... check out their weird, environmentally conscious toilet. 5stars!

Disappointingly underwhelmed. Being from out of town and having lived abroad, I was excited to try a restaurant that was ranked 2nd in the city for Most Reviewed and recommended by 3 friends in different parts of the US. Alas, dont waste your time. There was no instructions from either of our 2 servers. Was it supposed to be tapas? Who knows. The presentation (or lack there of) certainly suggests so.And then there were several key failures... 1. The server didnt ask our preference and allowed the wagyu sliders to be cooked well-done. Oh the injustice! Its like crashing a bugotti while parallel parking. 2.The fries that came with our sliders were burnt. Like inedible. 3. Our tacos were served with a dried out old lime. They didnt even have to be serve it with a lime, but if youre going to include one at least make it fresh!For the pluses, I will say they strictly adhered to the covid-19 guidelines and held my reservation even though Google sent me the wrong confirmation time, so I was about 20 minutes late.Lastly, the kicker is that you cannot in fact linger at Linger. We were warned that there is a strict 90-minute time limit for guests. Ayeee, the irony! The menu was inspired (albeit poké under the Americas section of the menu???) but most else was left to be desired.

I had great expectations from this place as I have been waiting to reserve a rooftop table for a long time. 3 starts are only for the rooftop igloo vibe. Cocktails were below average! When you go to an eclectic high end restaurant, you at least expect your drinks to be served in glassware and not PLASTIC GLASSES! we ordered sangria (which was serves in a plastic glass) korean hot toddy was good! The dood menu is very limited and don’t expect to have a scrumptious meal at this place. Tempura garlic shrimps and bao were the only items I liked from the small selection menu...cheese curds were below average....they should definitely work on the menu and drinks....it has a cute rooftop section but you can hardly see the Denver skyline! I would not visit here again and would explore more options elsewhere!

I had been excited for this night for quite some time, and was so wildly disappointed that I wish I had done anything else in the area. Small, absurdly priced tapas offerings that leave you wondering just what you meant to order since what came out is about a fifth the size you would expect from a restaurant and maybe a tenth the size based on the cost. The drinks are good, but again, you do not get anything near what you pay for. You get the experience of being people watched while you take dainty sips from a tiny glass in hopes it lasts long enough for the understaffed wait staff to make it back to check on you or bring you more food.

This place is great! All the things i tried were amazing. The food was seasoned and taste it great. The chicken wings and the tacos were the best. Tried the pork belly bun, and the shrimp. This has become one of my favorites places now ❤

We went for dinner and ordered the Korean BBQ Fried Chicken. Then the chicken were overcooked and hard as rock, so we made a complain with the restaurant. They were not just replaced our fried chicken but also took it from our final bill, which we did not ask for.The management there at Linger deserves 6 stars and the food, to be honest, is only about 3.5 stars. However, people normally dont go there for the food anyway, so a 5 stars for my experience is fair.

Visiting from out of state, we were very excited to check out the eclectic menu. We had reservations booked weeks in advance. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow to practically non existent the night we were there. After ~40 minutes of waiting for our drinks to show up, we gave up and walked out of the place. In those 40 minutes, we never met our actual server (someone else had stepped in take our drink order). Highly disappointed.

Used to be great. These days I got pretty well ignored by the waitstaff, 32 minutes with empty glasses. The Korean fried chicken would have been good if it hadnt been very overcooked. Devils on horseback still a solid choice.

Incredibly underwhelming. The flavor is just off for each dish we had. We have been here twice because we thought maybe we just had a bad experience the first time. But consistently the flavors were off and underwhelming. It baffles me that they have so many 5 star reviews given the unique science experiment of flavors they put together

One of my favorite new spots in Denver. Our server Nathan was attentive and friendly and took great care of us. If not just the views, the food was also fantastic. I had the tuna lettuce wraps and was savoring every bite. Entirely recommend this place.

The food is reaaaaallly good, but the portions are a little small. In case you dont know, this is tapas/appetizers type of place, so its best to order 3-4 appetizers and share with your date. If you each order one plate, youll leave still needing more to fill your belly. The flavor is excellent, but if you dont know the gist of the place, it can surprise you. I really enjoy the vibe and the backstory of this establishment, too. Very fun. I think the prices could be lowered a bit to match the volume of food you receive, but Im willing to pay it for a special night out.

Was bummed they closed the rooftop due to poor air quality (we had specifically reserved an outside table and they failed to notify us of the closure in advance of our arrival) - experience just wasn’t the same. Eclectic menu, decent food, okay portion sizes. Wait staff was nice but service took longer than it should - food wasn’t as hot as it should have been coming out of the kitchen.

This restaurant has gone downhill since my last vist a few years back. They got rid of their delicious popcorn. All our food arrived cold. Its was obvious that our food had been sitting for awhile. I asked for my sliders well done. I received very pink cold burgers. My friend had the fried egg on a bun and she said it was gross. The only thing that was great were the drinks. I had the blood orange mimosa which was not light on the vodka. A friend had the coconut fizz. Id only come back for the drinks. Over priced and not good anymore.

Linger is a trendy spot for some very delicious food. The atmosphere is very fun & social. I would recommend everyone order a Boa bun, they are the perfect app.

I owe it to the team to share my appreciation for their considerate and caring care of me. They were enthralled by their supporters as well as by themselves. My food was COVERED IN MOLD!For 2020, we decided to order a bunch of our favorite things from different restaurants for our NYE dinner. I ordered the Italian Coffee & Doughnuts for my dessert from Linger. I took a bite of a doughnut, then scooped a little of the espresso mousse into my mouth before looking at the mousse and realizing it was COVERED IN MOLD! I believe this is a refrigerated item, so there is no way this mousse was made anytime within the last few weeks for it to have this level of mold on it.I called management to express my unhappiness that Id ordered this and already taken a bite before I noticed the mold. They did a search in their kitchen, told me they couldnt find any other evidence of mold anywhere and that they could refund the dessert. Im kind of affronted that that was all the concern they seemed to have for my report of mold in their kitchen. I could understand if maybe there was just a spot of mold but my whole dessert was covered in mold. Besides the giant green mold spot, there is white mold covering basically the whole exterior of the dessert. However it goes, Ill be contacting the Denver public health association tomorrow so they can deal with that now I guess.

The atmosphere is wonderful and the food is very good. The food portions are not very big but dang are they tasty and surprisingly filling. The rooftop seating is very nice and there is a good view of downtown.

Omg, where to start? So many amazing things about this place, from the first look at this building, to the incredibly kind staff, amazing food, and divine drinks. Got lucky enough to enjoy dining on the rooftop on a beautiful evening. This place was on my Colorado bucket list and did not disappoint. Would definitely return!

Terrific. Didnt get to see the inside which sounds like an attraction in itself, but had a wonderful meal and drinks on the roof with a great view and awesome ambiance. Id say that Ill be back, but I dont live in Denver, and I want to try every restaurant from this group! So... Maybe someday.

We went here for my friend’s bachelorette party and were very disappointed. The waitress kept forgetting my friend’s orange juice and then forgot her bacon. She didn’t even apologize for it and was very rude. On top of that, more than half of the table’s food was cold. My food was very good and warm but once again the waitress did not apologize and just went and got her manager. She just said thank you for your feedback and comped the bacon because she never got it until the to go order we placed. Again no apologies from the waitress. The atmosphere was nice and the food was still good but the service was bad. Also on top of that they didn’t even bother to comp any other part of the meal.

Linger has wide open spaces, two floors, crowded every time Ive been (highly recommend a reservation), and pretty noisy when populated. Conversations float through the space pretty easily. Not a good choice for a quiet, intimate meal, but not a hockey game either. Its a cheerful din.The food is good - and expensive; the drinks are delicious - and even more expensive. Portions are a bit small, but all in all Im fairly certain Im neither hip nor beautiful nor financially stable enough to belong there. But for the hipper, slightly wealthier crowd, this place would rule for a morning after brunch.

Absolutely amazing place! The environment is super chill with great views, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. Smaller portions but the food is absolutely fantastic. We got our food super quickly with no problems. The staff let us put our luggage behind the front desk as we just came from the airport. Staff also asked if we had any food allergies or food concerns before ordering food so that they can cater the food to the individual. This place was absolutely worth the money and I was so happy, I just kept ordering food. I even got dessert, a thing I never do. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality food and a quality experience.

Absolutely delicious food, amazing service and very COVID safe!We got the roasted squash soup (SO GOOD!), fried chicken bao, street Cobb salad and farro salad. Everything was very tasty!The greeter wiped down our table and chairs with sanitizer right before we sat. There was a sanitizer present on our table for our use. Tables were staggered to maintain distancing. Menu was through a QR code, which prevented touch points!

Food was great, many different flavors. The special was octopus fritters, which were quite tasty. Our waiter, James, was awesome and provided perfect recommendations. As with most restaurants it was very noisy and hard to have conversations.

Its a solid place for brunch with a variety of menu options. The quality of the food fits the price point and our shaded table on the roof was a nice place to soak up some of the Denver sun.I recommend going here if youre excited about a solid menu with a comfortable atmosphere. Its not a 5-star because it really doesnt shine above other restaurants in this space, theyre all very good places.

Try the sliders, they look amazing. If you sit on the rooftop there’s a nice view of downtown and after you’re done eating you can hop over to little man for ice cream!

I visited on Mothers Day for brunch - and was very pleased with the day. The location is perfect when the weather is good, providing indoor and outdoor options for sitting. All the windows were open, so sitting inside felt like a regular day. The menu tilts Latin America, and everything tasted good. I recommend the small sandwich bites and making sure to sit on the rooftop deck.

The ambience is nice and the staff are attentive. However, food is average.Went there for an early dinner with friends and found that there was happy hour during 4pm-6.30pm and a few food selections for $5 only. So we ordered a few happy hour items to share.The taste was average and the portion was very small. So we ordered lamb kebab from dinner menu to make us full. The lamb was very salty. I am glad that we were there during happy hour; otherwise it would be an expensive meal for a not-so-satisfied food.Nearby there is a famous local ice cream shop called Little Man Ice cream. That one is really tasty.

Only went here for drinks, but it was awesome. Super packed until it started to slow down around 10 or 11pm. I dont know the bartenders name but he was awesome. He created drinks that were amazing art and chemistry. Shoot out to him and his creativity skills! Had a dark chocolate orange, elderflower, and Andes mint martinis. All were delicious and he shared the story of the owners bigger picture with us.

Brad & Chelsea are the best! I was sceptical at first, but was pleasantly surprised when I received the breakfast dosa + bottomless blood orange mimosas. Definitely recommend as a high-quality fusion spot with toilet sinks!! ✨

The food is different and very tasty. There isnt much of the mortuary left. It is where a mortuary was but if you didnt know that, you couldnt tell.

This place is absolutely amazing I had the opportunity to try a lot of there menu and every single item was absolutely delicious. Customer service was above and beyond. Even the ice tea tasted amazing (sports tea). This place is an absolute must try if you visit Denver. If I lived in Denver this would be my go to restaurant for food.

Absolutely wonderful restaurant. Beyond the eclectic atmosphere and incredible service, the food was out of this world. My husband and I came here for the first time on our anniversary and we will continue to visit. I highly recommend the Tumeric Mule, Pork Belly Potstickers, and the Carne Asada tacos. But all the food is incredible.

Boy we definitely hit it on an off night. I think they were trying to close the upstairs but it was so nice out. After 1 hr and 45 min and paid the bill. We left. There was a gentleman named Jerry that tried very hard. There was a drink line and it took for ever.

This place was overhyped and overpriced. The bad service was one thing but the foot itself was just not good. Poached eggs were nearly frozen cold and ended up making us sick. The bloody mary tasted worse than a canned bloody mary, i couldn’t drink it at all. Definitely not worth the hype!

Went here for my Moms birthday. Cool decor within the restaurant. The staff is awesome. The presentation is great. Theres free 2 hour street parking in the surrounding area. The food was just ok to me; nothing really stood out. I wish I could say the food was mind blowing because I really want to, but it was just alright. It was kind of pricey for what it was.

Stopped in for lunch and had probably what is one of the best Cobb salads I’ve had in my life. It had everything!! I would travel back to Denver just to get this salad. Can’t recommend enough!
