This is a supplier, not a store with very high SOP.You need to make an appointment to deal with them, you can contact him by whatsapp or by their online place store.Anyway....You can find anykind of PC parts here, from CPU, VGA, RAM, POWER SUPPLY, Casing, and any other accessories.Owh yha they are selling all brand laptop as well, fromm standard laptop up to high end gaming laptop.They just selling windows base operations system. Very cramped building for computer store, and seems only designed for quick and straight shopping.The very very first thing that you need to know before shopping computer stuff here is that you have to exactly know what you are buying; models, types or other details. I strongly suggest that you check their online store in Tokopedia for the stuff you need. Then show it in the store, the process will be much faster and easier. If you plan for finding and comparing computer stuff, I recommend you to look elsewhere.But the great thing here is that, the price is really competitive and when I bought professional monitor here, its the cheapest in the island.

Trustworthy. Reliable...but far too many people there and too hot. Dont expect any air-conditioning either. If you do go there make sure you already know what you are buying. Dont expect sales customer service to help you choose different products. The sales are nice people but are just too busy and they dont speak English well. Better buy online than going to the shop. Their online deals are different too. Seems you dont get as much bonus if you buy in shop. Seems online deals you get more in some deals like headphones and mask, but buy in shop you wont get it. I suggest buy from their online shop on tokopedia is much better than wasting time going there. Its a good trustworthy business but buy online from them instead. You dont have to stand around.

I dont mind to pay 50k-100k more at the other store and get a good service instead. The service just rubbish.. never come here again
