Worst customer service ever. Frst of all it takes atleast 30 minutes of callwaiting. They keep connecting the call to different peoplewho tell us that they will get back in 2 days and this goes on.We booked a complaint for replacement of a faulty product and its been 2 weeks but no response from them other than answering.will get back to you in 2 days.Very much dissapointed with the service.

Essco or jaguar is the worst company in terms of service. I bought a gyeser 2 years ago and have been facing issues since then. It has been 45 days since i registered my complaint and issue has not been resolved because spare part is not been replaced. I spent all winters bathing in cold water just because of this gyeser. It is my humble opinion that noone should but products of this company.
