The company is complete fraud. Everything is so well planned to loot you. Especially their team leader Prince will do anything to convince you. Trust me, he will allow you to sleep with his mother for money. Stay away from these guys if you dont want get your trip ruined. I made the mistake of trusting them even after reading reviews. Dont do the same.

Vplan is terrible. We made a bad mistake of ruining our planned vacation with them. The car arranged was old and rickety while they had said they will arrange a luxurious new car. Even the driver was from some village and had bad driving skills. I suppose he was drunk and we saved ourselves from an accident once on the hills. As the management takes money in advance, you cannot do anything about it and they treat you badly.Dont go with them. Period.

Delhi office team was gr8 with there coordination but vendor in kashmir was not cooperative . Otherwise trip was good

The worst trip advisors I have ever seen. I dont usually give the reviews but this one compelled me to. First thing the officials dont know how to behave with the customers and they are PRINCE, TANUJ, KESHAV and two more. This company would promise you something and give you something else. The best in frauds. I suggest everyone not to organize any trip from them. This company should be shut down. Serious action has already been taken against them. I wish I could give them ratings in negative.

We have booked the Manali package through vplantrip last week, they have taken the advance of 30% of the package.They have circulated itenary and not communicated to the driver.They book the hotel without any of our details and finally we have to give details and justifications and when we try to call them in check in time, they will not pick the call itself.The Hotel will charge extra for your kids which is complementaroy less than 5 years and you need to spare for the driver food.Driver is not so educated to plan the trip and behave very un politely.In the itenary they clearly mention that the Rohtang pass charge is included, the drivers will get the pass through local Manali drivers and they demand you money up to Rs6000.He drives his car in the speed of 20km/hour and finally he will say no time to show the places as per itenary. When we try to call the tour operator about this no response.they will not care for your calls also.They talk very unpolitely and use the vulgar language with you.Finally if you call them and ask, we are not satisfied, then they will say to their driver, take them to police station. If you are interested in arguments and court cases, then you can go with this tour operator.or else Please stay away.Finally you have bear 50% additional expenses of your final trip cost.I have already raised a compliant on this tour operator through valid source to close their operations.Many of the customers had very bitter experience with this operator.

They are the worst trip planners, we arranged a trip to Manali through them and it was nothing less than a ride to hell. They overcharged, miscommunicated with driver, sent an a*****e driver, involved multeple parties and coordinated with none. Never ever plan your trip with them, it will ruin your holidays, they wasted two of our four holidays saying yes we are arranging new cab for you as we had already paid advance. We even had to goto Manali police station. They should rot in hell and Ill pray that some bank sieze their property. As****les.
