I would have given even a no star if it was possible. Im a Travel Agent as well.But whenever I ask something to Mr.Rajiv, I never gives any response.Very bad response rate.Business doesnt work like that.I ask him doubts and more information on the package, but he sees my message and ignores it.Worst thing.This is what you do to your B2C customers as well ?I have started to hate doing business with MY EXOTIC HOLIDAYS, just because I dont get any response for my requirements, queries, doubts or if any clarification I require.BAD SERVICE (no response for anything)

Pathetic services ever seen , simply duffer people accesing computer in office specially sunny and director mr pankaj is not at all serious about loosing clients and his business , dont ruin your passport and journey by taking visa assistance from them , minus five star
