Not good - There were many issues. Volvo taking 23 hours to reach, rude and not so professional hotel staff in Manali, no electricity in Kasol camp in frezzing temp, multiple follow up required everyday with Musafir to find solutionsGood - Internal local travel, it needed multiple follow ups but at least Musafir did not switch off their phones

It is a tour organizer.But i was really disappointed with the hotel booking in shimla.I had hold them to book shimla naturevile and they also send me the voucher of the hotel but when i reached there the hotel denied our check in.Then musafir go arranged another hotel for us but it was very poor.We lost our precious time in hotel issue.

In case owner wants to clear doubts, Please reply or call me .Date of journey 17 Jan 20201. Delhi to ManaliConductor changed my seat to last row...CALLED MUSAFIR... I managed to get back.2.Manali dayHotel refused to give me super delux room ( which i paid extra) because careless musafir india booked simple delux room...CALLED MUSAFIR.. who agreed to provide in other hotel.Originally Musafir had offered private cab but refused to provide. CALLED MUSAFIR...they refused.. showed proof... they said oh they got confused.. managed to get it back.Driver 1 refused to show vashisht. CALLED MUSAFIR guys..Agreed for next day... then Driver 2 refused to take on next day saying it should had happened the previous day.. CALLED MUSAFIR guys... said after returning from Solang he will take us..Solang valleyDriver 2 dropped me mid way to Solang valley and said to arrange transport by my own(Paid 400 per head).After callling so many times since last day finally DIDNT CALL MUSAFIR . But reality was even Alto and so many normal cabs were going smoothly without any issue upto solang.At 4:00 PM driver 2 said guys vashist time over go to hell(hotel).Spent rest of the evening in hotel.Last dayDriver 1 came on final dayThis guy was a gem who take care of my whole day and helped me to forgot last 2 worst days.This was the worst experience i came across.Guys just learn what happened with me and make sure MUSAFIR GO INDIA wont be able to repeat with you.CHEERS

Well first and foremost their customer service was absolutely superb! We were not really sure what we would like to do and our agent and his staff were very, very helpful with ideas and suggestions, since they frequently spent time there themselves. The itinerary the provided was full but not to busy that you didnt get any down time to shop or what have you. In my own perspective, I would without a doubt give this company a solid 30 on a scale of 1 to 10. They were spectacular from start to finish, right down to all the little details that were a very pleasant surprise. Arriving at the hotel to find a nice bottle of wine and a local cell phone was awesome. The tour guides they hired were downright superb! The rail tickets and advice were fantastic. The hotel in Jaipur was awesome, the one in Ajmer was more quaint but without the amenities of Jaipur. Our driver from Delhi to Rajasthan was absolutely incredible, incredible guy, we had a lot of good laughs and he was extremely knowledgeable about all the area! The restaurant choices and reservations were also incredible, the food was spectacular! I could go on and on about this incredible trip put together by our agent & staff but all I have to say is if you have not used this company you are really missing out on a stunning vacation!!! 5 star ratings for these folks no questions asked.
