Very bad low quality ac and very bad behaviour of staff so poor quality I’m not satisfied with this service so much rude behaviour and the ac are not working

Horrible service by operator.Had traveled in their bus from Kullu to Delhi.There was delay in starting the trip from Destination.After the bus started from destination they stopped in multiple locations to pick up loads of items.That was start of our nightmare.When compalinted to the staff they were very rude to passengers.In order to cover up for the lost time the driving was very rash and risky on the ghat roads.After reaching Delhi out skirts they stopped in multiple locations to unload all the loads and when complainted to staff they were like we get full passengers only on few days of Operations but luggage is a routine revenue for the bus so they give preference for luggage only.
