Hai everyone I had. A tour with this agency. From delhi to ManaliBut. They will charge u. Hidden charges which u cant expectActually. In my package they mentioned. If rohtang pass is closed. We wil not take u to rohtang pass ,in that case we will take u to marhi. Which is also a snow pointBut. To go to marhi u need to take permission which will be granted before one week I had booked my tour before one month they can take that permission but they didnt. Because. As they committed for 80 k they will not say u any charge. and there will be no sense going to manali without going to snow pointAnd the drivers. Whom they had allotted.to us. Are. Terrible.We went in two cars .One driver named Rakesh Kumar with his own vehicle DL 1 VC 1657Drives his vehicle very slowly. With that driving speed. We missed our one day night stay at that hotelSo we slept in vehicle itself.I dont know whats wrong with the driver whether they may had taken commission from hotel. To skip our one ni8 stayAnd .Another driver ..( I DNT Know his name ) perhaps both wil demand for money. As per decided before. We accepted to do our payment at different times. Just like at booking time once,after vehicle arrival time,after reaching lodge like thatSo these drivers wil show u hel.They wil just say that give us money orelse the vehicle wil not be moveAnd they wil maximum try to skip our places. Of our tour by their slow drivingAnd the hotel is provided with great facilities hotel. Management was ok. ..but. The drivers irritated me most.Before booking this tour. I had. Asked them about the reviews. That Why your agency having Bad reviews in Google. They said me. Sir it was other agency. By mistake. They reviewed on our website I had faced most of the problem from the drivers. Each time. They wil irritate me. I have to make cal to agency ND again I had to make talk with them.When anyone. Goes to a tour. He wants to. Visit all the places. Watever he wants to see but these drivers. Skips those places. Says a lot of reasons ex :- our vehicle is not allowed to that. You should go by. Other private vehicle. Which will costs around 1000 for a personAnd these drivers wil also stop for. Food at only. Hotel where they wil get commission and we did paragliding. For that also they stopped at where they wil get commission.And the drivers. Also. Off the Ac most of the time. To save dieselWe went. By other vehicle to snowpoint which costed. Additional of 16000 for usAnd vehicle wil be at parked place only. They wil not even come forward to collect the passenger. .we should go near the vehicle and we should get inFinally wat I mean to say is. .If u want to have a. Good tour. Dont trust this. Agency.And never take this driver. Rakesh Kumar.He irritates u alot with his behaviorAtlast. Totally his vehicle didnt for one day ND saved a. Diesel of 5k ( we went by private vehicle ) so this guy made a huge. Saving.Never trust this type of agenciesIm also keeping the details of the driver. Do not take him as. Ur vehicle driver. If u care for ur family.

We have booked a trip for manali on 17th Dec 2020 from GLOBE INDIA TRIP. Our tour booked by Mr. Aamir khan. Our tour was awesome. We have enjoyed a lot of there. Our hotel was Apple Croft Cottage. It is nice property but little bit in food quality not so good as tour was managed by Aamir. If we called for Aamir in mid night he response us. The best thing of this travel agency.Our Volvo on time as given in voucher and Naveen is managed on the spot for volvo and giving same seat which is mention in voucher.Hotel apple croft is nice but little food quality should have be improve. Otherwise room is very n9ice of this property with balcony.Our Driver Akash is very nice. He is really supportive person and keep laugh on the trip.Special Thanks to Globe India Trip and Mr, Aamir Khan.I will recommended to other 100%.

Budget friendly package... Thanks to Geeta for the support thorough out my tour.. But ZERO Stars for the driver Rajiv.. Very bad experience with him, Spoiled our happy mood all the time.. If u r booking the package here and ur driver name is Rajiv, say big NO and ask to change the driver.. He is not supportive and shown very much attitude and very rude person.. Mainly, he is always a sleepy head which scares us more.. he just stopped the cab 3 times in national highway somewhere and he slept.. He didnt think of our safety :( ..

Our first trip to Rajasthan was exciting and very well managed. This travel team did a fantastic job of providing quality transportation . The guides were excellent and very knowledgeable about the areas we visited jaipur, udaipur, jodhpur, jaisalmer and bikaner. We felt safe and well taken care of even in a turbulent time in Rajasthan. The cooking lessons in Bikaner were well done and a lot of fun -- and also delicious. The wine tours were expertly handled. The driver who picked us from delhi to manali, does not know the route and he was asking each and each everyone on the road. The journey time from delhi to manali was 19 hrs. Return journey, also it took around 19 hrs.may be in the future, drivers are selected correctly. Overall experience is ok

It was a memorable budget trip organized by geetha from globe India trip.I had opted for golden Triangle, Delhi, Agra and Jaipur.The hotels were good, except the one in Delhi.The cab driver was helpful in showing places, only thing we didnt like was driver forcing us to have food at places were there is a tie up with them, in agra he forced us to have at a hotel. It was so so costly than a 5 star hotel.For one fried rice it was 600 bugs which is not worth in a galli hotel.Later we came to know that the driver gets commission from these hotel. 😊,Same happened in Delhi too.But Agra hotel price was unbearable one.If you can restrict this issue then the trip will be too good.Thanks for organising the trip, looking forward to have more in coming months..

Even after going thru the past review we had gone with this vendor to just give a chance and took a risk, That paid off very badly to us.We had booked the Rajasthan Trip (Jaipur-Jodhpur-Jaisalmer), Everything was well planned with good hotels for all three places. After Deciding the hotels of all places, I had transferred the amount on Sep 28th via Paytm. Stating “Please book hotels of all places in advance” and no more surprises at last moment . After our payment done we haven’t recvd a single call or mail from Globe india till Oct 15th and got our vouchers on 30th Oct . whereas our journey was to being on 31st oct 2019. I had to call them and follow up for my trip. Thereafter now the problem started to ignite from them. They came up one fine day with hotels are booked and we need to change. My simple Question to them was when I paid you a month back and our communication was pretty clear to go with same hotels and the amount was paid based on availability, then how it has been full. Anyways they also started to work so as we for looking good hotels “BUT There was too much rework and waste of Time”Finally, we landed with some good hotels as per review and images seen on internet. One of the hotel was Tree house , the rooms provided to us was a like servant quarters on which we debated and urged Globe india to change the hotels .But they were not willing to do for whatever the reason might be. Due to which I have to stand out of hotel for more than 2 hours after my long journey from Jaipur of 7 hours. We were standing in mid of road in night. Mosquitoes biting my kid it was very Harsh and pathetic from Globe India.Finally after long conversation and Heated argument, Aamir asked me to visit WH hotel were we had booked as an backup plan. But the time we visited WH hotel the receptionist said Mr Amir have cancelled the Hotel a day back and now the hotel is full. We were still on mid of road for long hoursThe problem was not over here yet , Finally we were been pushed to Polo heritage which was been taken as no way out and we sacrificed our requirement here. Because we understood Globe india is not bother of our problems and concerns, He is only concern of MoneyDuring this trip we had hard times on communication and connecting with Globe India. Very harsh words was been spoken by Globe india to my wife and My family was left out for long time due to their negligence.1) No Manners to Speak to Customer, Once they get there Payment they will speak as if from roadside .2) They don’t deserve to be in Customer Service. They are meant only for Extracting Customer Money.The problem I faced though of sharing with others, To go with them or Not It’s your individual call.If Globe india change there attitude of speaking and Show some respect and concern then its good or else Worst in todays Customer Service World.In response to your answer i dont want argue with you again . your current communication itselfs says the way you communicate with customer ,Seems to be from roadside we are dealing with .And finally the important one from you “ I have looted drivers money” if I wanted to do so I had not paid him 10600 on final day at airport while leaving from Jaisalmer.( I have attached the screenshot of payment). The amount you are asking to add on 2500 is due to your confusion again. I have recording where I have cleary mentioned my extension days at Jaisalmer and said I need drop on next day, When it was agreed from your end, Then last day how come driver ask me amount.I have been dealing with you not driver. I Paid him the amount we decided prior to travel.its waste of time to argue with people Over all your current communication & Languages states the way you deal with customer Thanks Never to come again and refer you .If someone fall to you as prey then GOD Bless him . We had worst experience ever in manali our trip was planned by globe india trip the worst agency plz dont fall for their promises trust me they are just concern about the money no matter where you are stuck due to bad climate only lame excuse they have is maam hum kuch nahi kar sakte ....its weather and will arrange pick or drop with extra cost .no alternate arrangement is made as we wanted to leave early as one of our member fall sick due to long bus journey with only one stopage but they didnt helped us out .if you are travelling with family and kids plz book through manali local base agency who will guide you better .mr aamir khan from globe india trip was extremely rude and unprofessional he is just good in talking a big liar. Plz if you care for you family dont trust these people. They dont even deserve 1 star .

Ive recently booked a group trip to Manali 17dec 2018 to 21 dec 2018. Special Thankss to geeta( senior sales executive).She provided me the package at such low rates. And the hotel which she provided us was a 3 Star property. Well mannered staff. Food was damn tastyyyy..... Every time when i have some query.. Geeta always helped me. Weather its 6 in morning or 12 at night...With her help and friendly behavior i have not faced any prob.. it was our best tour... Best tour and travel company..

I have booked tour with GIT (Globe India trip) in month of May. Its very peak season time. We know very well that season time have face many problem but Mr. Rahul ji (TOUR ORGNISOR) make our tour very safe and give the proper response. Our hotel is very nice and driver make sone issues like mall road crowded area, this sightseeing not good, but rahul ji solved it and we are very happy with GIT.
