Very bad experience here the staff of registration room no.1 is very slow. I think they dont knowledge of computer and how to use of computer they took 5 to 8 minutes on one person to give them room no. For checkup to doctorVery bad behaviour to peoples is also by them.They are just sit in the room and talking to other staff on dispensary.
Inadequate staff, inadequate infrastructure and cumbersome paperwork. Excruciatingly long waiting time at registration counter due to deliberate slow work by ESIC personnel. Window no. 6 which is supposed to disburse medicines become dysfunctional at the whims of chemists. They simply say computer/network not working and follow no manual protocol and take rest during those self-induced breaks. Doctors and chemists make people run a loop a number of times due to wrong/unavailable medicines prescribed to patients. This causes unnecessary friction amongst frustrated patients. 25 years on, dispensary has same infrastructure and people registered there have exponentially increased.

Good healthcare service provided by Esic corporation for its IP patient.
Most of the time this place is very busy. All medicine are available. Room no 3 doc takes too much time to examine patients.
