I went there to change my voda prepaid numbers ownership then they said that I have to port my number in post paid then I told them that I dont wanna port my number in post paid then they said that I have to go Rohini office for it. Whats this so i dont understand what are they doing here!?

They are not interested to help. Few days back, I lost my phone , with Vodafone sim. To get back my same number, I visited there. I told them everything. But instead of helping me to get my number back. They simply refused. Not even contacted Vodafone office to inquire about it. Giving me suggestion to buy another number through them.
