I am very disappointed with the service they provided. I took a logo package with them for my boutique. Initially, they took very long time to come up with a logo. But, they came up with something finally after a number of revisions(which i appreciate). When they had to deliver the logo, they said they would send the files only after full payment is made. After i made the payment, i received the files which were not as per standard, so i had to communicate multiple times for the required files. Finally, when i applied the logo on the website, it wasnt appropriate and i asked them for small changes. But since the payment was already done, looks like they were least interested in customers issue and took no action in addressing the same. Proffus team, you should understand that you should be able to go that extra mile to make your customer happy and build that trust. What i asked for was a very simple change and no point in getting work done from you people, if i dont get a proper logo at the end.

Absolutely unprofessional bunch of people, extremely pathetic so called designers...They would want you to know every little detail about color combinations, gradients & what not because they dont want to apply their brains at all! Their designers are useless. A special feedback for Mr. TARAN who thinks he can be as rude as possible with his customers, kudos to you for totally spoiling our experience with proffus and giving us such a bad logo for your premium package that we can hardly use anywhere. Please do not waste your money here!

With proffus, Experience was good, not the best. I feel there is a need of lot of work to be done in terms of *CREATIVENESS* in your team.Team is good, good support, quick response.₹2499/- definitely not worth.I was expecting a very unique, cool, surprising element according to my concept for logo. Quick Pointers:* Bad Designers* Poor skilled sets* Bad quality deliverables* Not at all worth the time, effort and money* find a better option.* Preferably check designers and their work on Instagram and DM them Directly.Detailed review and the Experience:We are a startup and approached Proffus for our logo. We wanted a very simple minimalistic material design logo with drop shadow. We shared some sample logos and based on that they suggested us to go for the Rs.2499 package as they told that would fit our requirements the package. After that came the horrible experience. The management is very well behaved and available round the clock but the designers are not at all skilled. At the beginning they gave us two logos which are no where near our requirement and then out of no where they asked us to opt of a higher package of Rs.5000 in order to accommodate the requirements which were already discussed and agreed upon earlier. We had no other choice but to agree with them as we are on a tight schedule. In the whole process we were assigned two different designers one after another but none were skilled enough to share us a high res logo with a drop shadow. whenever we suggested them any idea they always came up with excuses because they had no idea how to implement them. When asked to draw the logo the designer said that he is not a pen-tab artist and cannot draw images. He can only work with the images that he can find online for free to create the logo. The final logo that was share to us was so much pixilated that it was unusable. As per them an image/vector in Aftereffects cannot be high res and have drop shadows at the same time. It was a horrendous experience, waste of time energy and money. Would not suggest anyone to opt their services at least the logo design. In short they are highly unprofessional and unskilled.

Very very poor customer dealing is provided by this company. Report these kind of companies.
