Office look is ok ok but AC is not working for last many years. #delhigovernment

Worst infra structure. During crouching heat and humidity ACs are not working, only one or two fans are breathing their last. Not only public even the staff, Registrar Sahab, also suffering but were unable to do anything.

I visited this place yesterday. It is situated in Kanjhawala quite far from the Rohini. The only positive thing was the Parking area otherwise no good thing exist for this place. There was a waiting room there but I couldnt sit there because of urine smell. Apart from this many chairs were broken. Washroom was very filthy and washroom floors was wet. Spider web was everywhere on the lights. Even the E-Sub registrar office board is almost vanished. There was so many dusts on the floors. Some people said that they complaint about all these but no action has been taken yet. Even they complain to the commissioner but nothing happened yet.

AC not working there...lots of suffocation

North Delhis E-Sub Registrar Office situated in Kanjhwala. It is very far away from Rohini. E- Sub Registrar Office is very Peaceful and Green. There is a Parking Lot for People who Visit there for there Property Related Work. E- Sub Registrar Office is near to CNG GAS Pump, a Petrol Pump and Kanjhwala Police Station. It is very well Maintained and Clean. Fully A/C Building with Good Sitting Area. You can wait here for your Turn. There is a Clean and Clear Washroom. Have Facilities of Cool R.O. Drinking Water. There is a little bit Shortage of Staff here. So, sometimes it takes time to Get Appointment for a meeting with SDM...

Sub Registrar Office, Delhi All Property related documents are required by law to be registered in the Sub Registrar Office. Every legal document, that is compulsorily registerable under Section 17 of the Registration Act, 1908, should be presented for registration in the office of the concerned sub registrar having jurisdiction over the area in which the property is situated by the parties to such document along with 2 witness and appropriate registration fee and stamp duty. Today No Electricity in this office. No work is being done.No Generator. More than two hundred people here. Staff says light may come by 5 PM. Generator is not in working condition since longThis is condition of KEZRIWAL GOVT.

As compared to other govt bodies esub registerar staff is much better and appointment system makes it unique ..
