I started going to this place few months back and Im already in love with thisI go there for grooming of my pet dog, which is of breed German shepherd and they bath him so well that he always come out squiky clean.

Its not just that they provide good quality of products. The staff is very responsive. I loved the fact how he listened to me and spent a good amount of time just to clear my doubts. They give you a homely vibe🤗 and yeah they have quite interesting variety of pets stuff.

You guys disappointed me today. Your behavior towards my golden boy was not good, I tried complaining about this and your boy started arguing which I dont like (perhaps no body like it). I made full payment and took my boy in between of bath. And I promised myself not to visit you again as I never got apology from you guys.I have ed much to write in but tried to calm down myself. You losing your respect and customers with this behavior..

Bruno is always happy to visit here.. great services at reasonable prices. Staff is very nice and polite. From spa to hair cut to shopping for clothes and food for our pet son, this is our go to place. Even the Doctor here is very nice.

Poor service, pathetic experience. They don’t know how to style dogs. The dog is extremely uncomfortable with the service. Not the first time of this styling, we gave a second chance. Highly disappointed, won’t recommend this place for your loved furs.

Best place for your pets grooming and day to day stuffs.

Worst dog care ever. My brother took my Labrador for a grooming session. They filled water in his ears causing him a ear infection plus they did not sanitise the bath station he got a fungal infection all over his body with two days of the grooming session. The doctor said his body wasn’t dried properly and the bathtub wasn’t cleaned properly before they gave him a bath. Worst service ever. If you cant do your job properly please do not ruin it for the people and giving there loving pets infection and diseases

Best part is, consultation for Street Dogs is FREE.all staff seems to be trained and will advise you properly to save some moneyI was never ever advised for lavish things/ food for Street Dogs,

Disgusted with the service the owner is super rude. My dog black labrador aka swagger was taken for a bath and grooming session. Due to social distancing I was asked to wait outside . The people working there did not do there job properly the filled his ear with water giving a ear infection. Two days later he also got a skin infection as such the bathing station wasnt sanitized efficiently. The doc said he is going through the problem as such they did not wash him and dry him properly giving him a fugal infection. Plus they are not cleaning there bathing station as per the requirements.

Worst service ever got from a pet clinic I have visited their with my street puppy that was suffering from stomach worms and infection but the treatment they were delivering was just the wrong one, if I would not have changed our doctor then I do think she would have died. Will recommend that do not visit for any treatment.
