For the first time visitors, if it wasnt for the huge board at the top of the building, you may miss it. Now, as for the stay, it was alright. The room was tidy but outside the room, the halls and stair cases are gonna require some dire cleaning. The premise is couple friendly and well attended. It is well made but seems like not cleaned on regular basis. Other than that, Id highly recommend if you are spending a day or two here.

Hotel outlook was good. But interior was not satisfactory. You will find dirty spots all over washroom tiles. Not cleaned. Room heater was not enough to heat the room. But the service person was good and helpfull

They charge for water which is supposed to be complimentary. On top of all things the manager at the reception desk asked to see my Oyo app at the time of check out and rated the hotel 5 stars quickly before I could change the rating. Did it to my app and 3 others in front of me before I realised what was happening. When questioned he said it was just a rating. This is nal practice followed by a mediocre hotel to get 5 star ratings and get more customers. The room and service were mediocre and pathetic.

The cleanliness wasnt that good but they took my mobile and rated themselves to save them for further questions asked by OYO management. Wasnt helpful.

This place doesnt even deserve a 1 star rating. The place is in horrible condition. It stinks literally of humidity. The hotel staff is non existant. You cant stay here for two mins. The oyo and the staff on ground are equally uninterested in resolving the issues. The images will tell the story better of how dirty the place is that to when pandemic in Delhi is at a peak.Avoid staying here even if they pay you to stay here.

Value for money. Youll get clean rooms and room service is really good. The food also very good. Staff is very attentive and helpful, once they got to know that Im not from india, they were really helpful. The place is situated in a upscale part of the Delhi and surroundings also much cleaner compared to other parts. Only down side is the complimentary breakfast is just too basic. Liked the place!

Unhygienic room and smelly washroom,mattress was too big of size of bed,Its totally uncomfortable.We ordered food, the Price was too too expensive as comparing to food, they served me cold rice and roti, also salad was not fresh looking like leftover from the lunch, ill suggest you dont order food from same hotel.They must need to work on room Mentain.

As i was there during some of the coldest day in the winter, i really appreciate the hot shower, but would have hope for some kind of heating also. it was pretty cold during the night. otherwise, no complains. the place was pretty much as advertised.

I stayed with my family and guests in more than 5 rooms for a weak. Series of 06-07 rooms are very comfortable. Other rooms are a bit small in size. Staff are very polite, excellent behavior and they arrange for homely behavior away home. Special mention with thanks to the kitchen team whose breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. I would also take this opportunity to suggest the entire team to look after the minor defects remaining in all rooms I was provided, specially in bathroom, viz. one of the tapes was defective in either room or TV was not functional in a room. Due to air conditioner failure, we were asked to change the room. The team should take care about timely uninterrupted supply of drinking water to the rooms. Overallt see any serious reason to -ve rating. Thanks for homely feeling to me and my guest.

Yesterday i had spent a night there with my office as i check in my room it was not cleaned since the last couple who was visited there i am really sure bcz there was hairs of a girl on the floor and condoms in drawer and there was also water lying on bathroom floor

Very ordinary stay. Room was good and spacious on the positive side. Rest all ok ok type. Not a memorable experience at all or we cannot recommend to anyone. Many better options definitely available in market.

Location is good. and it is near to nehru place. the staff was also good. there were less varieties in breakfast but it was not bad.

Great place to stay and relax. Service is also very good with a friendly staff who are willing to help you anytime. They serve delicious variety of Indian dishes too. This place is situated in a very secure location and it is also convenient to travel from there. Rates of the hotel is worth as well.

Considering the stay, the rooms were small considering the price we pay, the bed was hard. I didnt like the behavior of the staff. They told not to order anything from outside as it is not allowed they said, but considering this statement please put a board or something to let people know regarding that. I didnt like the experience. I wish to never go there again.

Just gave an extra star because the staff was polite and cooperative.I visited the hotel and initially was given a room which was too small and dirty. The walls had seepage and the paint was off on many corners of the wall. The room was not well lit. Immediately went to the reception to ask for a room change and they were happy to help us. The next room given to us was on the ground floor which was comparatively spacious. The seepage was still there and the linen too was not clean as such. Dont even ask about the washroom.The plus points were that the staff was polite and cooperative, outside food was allowed and the location is good.Not quite sure if Id like to visit again. So a 3/5.

Ita a average hotel.. The maintenance was below average. But the food prepared in its restaurant was awesome and cheap. For a normal stay its more than enough but if u want to feel the luxury then this is not a place for it..

They did not take my licence as an id proof although it never had been the case earlier, EVER! They did not even specify it on call or on its site even after I had made payment for my booking. The room was very beautiful, with a very fine water patched markings like you find in (unmaintained) buildings from the 1950s. They did not even provide us with rotis since apparently the tandoor had stopped working at 3pm. I will never in my life suggest anyone to board this place ever again. Staff is not cooperating with OYO. I have booked a room today but the guy(Turban man) and a girl(Anjali) at the reception denied my check-in by saying that we can not allow you to check in at this price(given by oyo) i.e: Rs. 1100 they told me to cancel oyo booking and pay Rs. 1800 just because this is the basic plan of their hotel. I am with my girl so i have to pay that amount because i dont want any trouble. I suggest every one is go on at your own risk. They are looting you nothing else.

Rooms are very nice, staying in a triple bedroom is ok as it tends to get crampy because rooms are small. Location is a bit hard to tell to local taxi and autos as people dont understand where this is. Have to show location on map, then only they will understand. Though the only big issue which i encountered was that the TV didnt work and after constant visits from the hotel management team, they finally replaced the whole TV set along with the settop box. Room service is basic and good. You also get WiFi though speed drops were frequent.

Well you get a room, some drab blankets, a powerful AC, prompt room service a tiny slippery bathroom cum toilet and few curtains along with a king sized bed some tables and a wardrobe.The location is why you shell out way more than what you should for that room.But hey the stay is really nice and comfortable with friendly staff. Breakfast is complimentary. WiFi never works though

Very very poor starters. just cooked in microwave.if you want to run this hotel, which is located in posh area like Greater kakilash. you need to hire good kitchen staff. horrible paneer tikka, mutton seekh and chicken tikka.you need to keep Tandoor. and good chefs with you. once any guest tries your food , he will never come to your hotel next time

This is not a place for family or executives or group travelers. Rooms are tiny and dirty. You can get better places at cheaper price as compared to this. Good for unmarried couples to spend some time here. Other than that just skip this hotel.

Very old type rooms, furniture is also very old, mattresses are also old type, Door locks are not working properly and nobody from hotel staff was come to solve the problem and Breakfast was added in room tariff, but they did not provide breakfast in room and we were unable to go at restuarant area in basement because the lock of room door is not working and nobody came for check the lock. So we check out the hotel without taking breakfast.

Pathetic hotel and staff. I booked this hotel through oyo and paid through my card before for the easy check in but they denied saying they don’t have tie up with oyo anymore. And when i told about the payment they said it will be refund by oyo customer care ppl but theres no solution as the hotel people already showed that i have checked in and checked out from the hotel 😡

They did not allow me to check in despite having a confirmation from OYO putting me in a miserable situation in the late night in Delhi. It is a pathetic hotel with unprofessional attitude. OYO should immediately delist it it you are really concerned about your reputation and your loyal customers.

Its a decent hotel for couples. At reception there will be two female receptionists so there will be no awkwardness. Rooms arent that great but its cool.

Well the hotel is good, amenities not so much. Air conditioning is old and need to be replaced or rectified . Breakfast is good thing and they are really flexible with their service. The over all look inside rooms are regal. In my room was wooden flooring which was really nice.
