This is a hotel in a decent location but do not go by the outside of the hotel. The hotel in itself looks nice but the rooms of the hotel are bad and small. There is just one socket in the entire room which is not even near the bed. Over that, the linen was dirty, the bed was creaky and the space is cramped. Even the washroom has basic amenities lacking. Not only that, the hotel staff is rude. You barely get anything in the hotel and the staff takes hours to get even small things like a towel or water bottles. Over that, they continuously ask whether you are checking out even if you step out of the hotel for 5 mins. Also, the hotel staff is rude and doesnt need any requests. They also do not entertain any check in timings and will make you wait. Avoid this place like the plague, get a better place for cheaper.

Have been staying in this hotel for almost 2 years now, but last stay turned out to be a nightmare. I saturday for 3 days, 1st day during breakfast I was informed that you cant have more than one egg. Next day there was a board hanging which said any egg in breakfast is chargeable. Apart from this, AC in the room was working fine but continuously water was dripping from it. When I informed the staff, they sent someone and later put a bucket in the room and left. Not going to opt this hotel again.

The rooms are not tidy. Also the in house restaurant doesnt serve very good food. The room service and staff are helpful. The best part of the hotel is the location. Its located very close to the greater Kailash metro station.

Is a worst hotel dat I had seen in my entire life. Service is really very bad. Reception person dont know how to talk. I dont recommend this hotel strongly. You can get better hotels then this hotel.Sorry i am not convinced with your reply. Same copy paste reply.

Parking facility can be better.10 months later: - a pleasant surprise from Sam Hotel is their acknowledgement of the review and the expression of their intent to improve facilities. Thats a very welcome professional approach.

Never suggest this hotel, very pathetic service. Room are not good. Bathroom not good, very small. Food is not good. We booked for 5 days but cancelled in a single day. Only location is good

This hotel was listed in oyo app and i booked from it. When i reached there they denied checkin saying their property is not tied up with oyo. I was stranded

Hotel is convenient to locate and located at very Porsche area. Market is nearby. Value for money. Only some problems are there with the rooms. Like they dont maintain bed sheet hygiene, electronic products like AC, LCD and door locks. And the funniest thing washroom doors are translucent.

This need to improve food quality and service as well. Hotel staff need better training. Rooms doesnt make you feel comfortable. Sorry but need to improve.

Washroom door was broken. No locking system. Water facility was not there. No ventilation was there. Bed was not good. Mosquito is there in the room.

Room quality was very poor.. with broken ac and torn mettres broken door even with a hole in it.. unhygienic bathroom.. and there was a foul smell in the room. Room was very dirty.. and bedsheets were not replaced. I wont recommend this hotel for any of you. And when i asked to change the room they denied and claimed they didnt have any other room available.. and at that point i couldnt even change hotel because they have already taken charge of the room while checking in.

Overall room were unhygienic and dirty... They provide you dirty bedsheets and dirty towels.. their floor were also dirty and bathroom is broken and stink.. even manager suggest you to look into another Oyo room.. their AC also do not work... I did not expect this from OYO ... What OYO shows in their app is candid photo .. reality is far from expectation .. check very carefully before choosing hotel from oyo

I stayed 5 days at this hotel Very poor hospitality. Behaviour of staff disgusting. They didnt give me GST bill.break fast was gud.but lunch and dinner they hv limited dishes.

ThisTime my experience was not good with oyo and this hotel. Room was not cleaned, spider web, black spots on floor, curtains not fixed properly, washroom drain slop was not proper fixed.

Very Bad Quality rooms. Poor washroom conditions with broken taps and leaking basins. Continuous water dripping from the AC. Suggest to avoid it.

Worst room i ever saw, staff behaviour is too rude, very dirty washrooms and it dont have double bed too and bedsheet n pillowcovers are also very dirty and with bad smell. Stayed for 3 days but not even a single day they cleaned n changed the bedsheets, bathrooms are more like bathtub, totally disgusting.

Location very close to Metro Station so very convenient Hotel as well as Staffs were Cooperative.
