Himalaya Darshan is a viewpoint from where you can see 5 points through telescope 🔭. Palampur, hanuman temple Buddhist Monestry, Terrance Farming and if weather is good and no clouds you can also see Himalaya Range 🗻 . Rs 50 for 5 view points per person. This is on a great height and very good place for taking pics. When you see from top to bottom it will give you goosebumps. Many mountain rangs ⛰️ you can see through here.

Visit in month sep to febBecause the too much mist from fire.So we cant see Himalaya.But you cat visit in cold season you can see clearly view of Himalayan Darshan.At a distance of 8 Kms. from Nainital city,Himalaya Darshan is a viewpoint for every tourist who visit Nainital its on the way to Kilbury, here one can enjoy panoramic view of Himalaya Peak mountain snow-caped with scenic beauty and horse riding is also available on rent and telescope are also given for rent,its very cold place in Nainital during winter and one can feel heavy wind blowing, to reach this place you can hire local taxi service from Nainital taxi stand, self driving is also possible to reach this place but be careful while driving because roads are very narrow with sharp bends on height of 2000 Ft from Nainital lake.Avoid to visit this place on rainy season.

Its an amazing place to view Himalayan Range. Awesome experience and picturesque landscape. Place os easily accessible hy 2 wheeler and 4 Wheeler. We went on Activa and its was a worthy ride. This place is 35-40 mins far from Nainital. We went 3-4 KM ahead of Himalaya Darshan point and found snow as well. Its a must visit place in Nainital.

What a amazing view . I went on 13th december morning . Weather was clear . Witnessed himalayan range . It was very chilly and windy . So take a shawl and hand gloves with yourself if u are going there . Must visit this if u are in nainital .

The view of himalyas is soo awesome and beautiful.. Himalayan peak point covered with snow at its best.. And the glory of sunlight on mountains is soo amazing and nice to watch..This place something beyond... So peaceful and beautiful.. Air is soo fresh.. Thank god we used binoculars for clear and closeup view which was provided by local guides of this place in very less amount.. If you guys planing for Nainital must visit this place.. This place is very nice, but due to overcrowding lesser enjoyment.no parking facility available. People throw all garbage of street food here and there , atleast local authorities should take action against this.people should keep the place clean and tidy.

This place is a roadside spot.One can view Himalayas through binoculars and telescopes offered by local guys for a nominal payment of INR 100 per person.One can also enjoy tea and snacks from the food trucks while admiring Himalayas.Getting your vehicle parked could be a challenge by the road side.

Often presence of haze, could ruin your visit. It not worthy to stop just to see some flags on a nearby mountain. That too when there is so much traffic on this narrow road.

It was great experience . We can see 180 Himalayan range view from Almora .We visited in October last week here . Best time to visit Himalaya Darshan.Avoid rainy season to visit due to clouds.

Nice place. I went here in the winters, hence, it was all foggy. Clouds were covering the mountains. The place is in the middle of the road.

The view is awesome though were not able to see Nanda devi range due to clouds , so dont visit in monsoon or visit early morning around 6 am to have a view of nanda devi.

One of the most scenic view points in Nainital, small food stalls are available for Maggi, tea, coffee etc. Best time to visit is between October to June.

Must use telescopic views ,to see some interesting places around.Good view of Himalayan range.Couple of places you will see guys standing with telescopes.While climbing up from Nainital side first guys will show you Amitabh Bacchan school,koi mil gaya shot movie ,vivah movie locations,etc and the other one will show you Raja Hindustani location,Mukteshwar,etc.

We were able to get 2 Altos for 1500 INR. Thanks to low crowd owing to Covid 19. Covered few points and were certainly astonishing.

Very calm place indeed , scenery of Himalaya darshan is only successful when you attempt to reach here at early morning , when sun is about to come , otherwise at day time you will just meet fog nothing else you can capture from here , best of luck for your Himalaya darshan from Nainital ,just go little further ,like 50 meters above and get this scene at 3 pm day time , sun is just at your head and catch this view ,where I am standing ।। comment if you find that place ।। happy journey ।।

Preferable to go by 9 in morning...it will be very clear and you will be able to see full Range..This picture was taken at 12 noon so half of it is visible and not so clear beacuse of Clouds.

It is great himalyan view point. And one get peace to get calm and relax. The Himalayan range can be seen in clear atmosphere.

Wonderful location that should only be accessed on a clear sky or sunny day if one wishes to view the mighty Himalayan range.

Waste of time. Nothing on top, theyll show you some peaks on binoculars and a terrace farm. Not worth the toil to drive uphill on a single lane hilly road.

Its a view point around at a height of 2500meters from the sea level, where if you are fortunate enough you can see the breathtaking view of Himalayas at the horizon along with the sea of mountains. Visit this place along with your winter gears, as the chilly winds might freeze you. Dont go for the 5 points darshan with the fake telescope, you can see those with zoom camera even with your naked eyes. You must enjoy the tea along with your partner, friends and family.

It was great Was a clear sunny day so the Himalayas was clearly visible. We also watched the panchachula peaks.

Great place in nainital montavrest view my personal experience

Place is located nearby lovers point, at Nainital. At this point you can watch closely the Himalayan range when the fog is cleared. Lord Vishnu temple is their which provides a beautiful scenic view. Entire closeup of the Himalayan range can be taken from this point. Voice echo is their, you can hear what you screams to the mountains.

The view from the point is beautiful from what we had heard but the time we went there it was way too foggy to see the himalayas but all in all it was still a great experience, there were a lot of other points that we visited and it was a lot of fun!
