Such museum need to be restored in their best possible way. This a very sweet and lovely Museum which shades light upon the love and married life of Mahatama Gandhi and Kasturba Gandhi.Kasturba was a constant and strong love support behind bapu. She is a great example of women empowerment and sacrifice. We must read and learn about such historic legends.

Place has high historical significance, but its unfortunate that it is properly being maintained rather the very ideas of cleanliness is not resonating from the view, poor public funding and govt neglect and most importantly, peoples neglect is cause of concerns , it means how and it what condition will we pass on the heritage of Mahatma to coming generation.Govt. and Sister NGOs must come for help.

Good to see a house once occupied by Mr. & Mrs. Gandhi. The house is open, restored but locked. Nice surrounding old fashioned flats.

This building is about 2 kmaway from gtb nagar metro.one can find museum, yoga centre, resedential school for s.c students. I have not find it much interesting place for history buffers.

Kasturba cottage, which has been given shape by Harijan Sevak Sangh as Kasturba Gandhi Museum, a museum based on the life and works of Kasturba Gandhi, is a historic building. The foundation stone of this two-storeyed building was laid by Mahatma Gandhi, the founder of Harijan Sevak Sangh himself. The Museum was inaugurated by His Excellency Vice President of India, Shri M. Hamid Ansari on 07 July 2017.
