Divine Library is very spacious and calm place for study. I am using this library since last one year. Very well managed library. Best library in uttam nagar.

Zero star to this library... studying from last one year, bcuz this is near to my resident otherwise I would have never go this library Fees is too high AC rarely work in summer when it is actually needed, no power back up..and when we put negative feedback..owner slapped the student....in short worst library.

Worst management...Owner is in dire need to take classes on how to deal with students....(Basically humans) ...Other near by libraries are far better..Not at all recommended.
