I found my success in this library.What makes special is the deep peaceful environment & management!!100* worth but m bound to give 5* only.

Library is very good .and also facility of library is so good. And study environment is so good.

Akansha library provides good environment for study but sometimes sevice too sloppy and sometimes internet was not working. Overall experience is good

Worst library i have ever seen...They deleted my biometric for 15 days and when i asked then told me it is technical mistake...The water cooler is not running in summer upto 10 days...Chairs have so bad condition that my two kurta was badly striched..Once in 2 months safai hoti... And so much private bools are there that u have no space to place ur books...There is no place of newspaper.. Everytime newspaper is missing..No coordination in staffs also... I have abscess problem from last 2 months and they grab my 6 months fees by saying no refund polices!!!Very bad experience from this library.. God may help me to come out as soon as possible from this.. But i have to complete 2 more month without going there...I suggest to go any other library in lado sarai.. But not in this worst library....! 😒

Little bit expensive in comparison to near by libraries. Chair setup is very comfortable. Only cons I found here is that no network here but it may plugs be point if you study in isolation.

Peaceful atmosphere and find some upsc student where you can discuss things and make sure that youre doing fine

Its nice to study here. But because of lack of management people r discussing inside the library. There should be some strictness in that. Because of 2 or 3 people the others are getting disturbed periodically

This library is very professional in nature and , and facilities are always available without any hindrance, so if u ppl want to come and join , so visit and join without wasting time to come here

All staff r really very helpful Nd charming.. Homely environment.. Fully air-conditioning.. Cold water, wifi 24 hrs. Best for coming IES,IAS Nd other exams, face detector biometric, cctv. Loved it.

To be honest among all the units of Friends library present in entire lado sarai this unit (Near Kali Mandir) i guess being the best among the lot.I am a student of this branch since 8 months.It has the best man management.And among all the caretakers on duty Mrs.Kajal singh has managed the library even on peak days in the month of Oct-Dec.I guess studying here is worth your money because of its silent environment. But two things i like to point to the management that during peak time internet connection failure happens a lot which is not in hands of caretakers so i request kindly the management to take a note of it and for a better cooling system. And i hope the management take note of this as soon as possible because making a complain about this to caretakers sometimes become cumbersome which is not possible by them.And yes Mrs Kajal singh has great work ethics and management skills helped a lot while in our most peak time..!!!Great work Friends Team !!!Keep the good work Going... !!!!

The place nd environment is too gud . Staffs r good. Management is gud.

This library is very professional in nature and peaceful for self study.

Library is great place nodoubt but the caretakers i.e receptionists are greedy and frankly speaking you will end up by wasting your money because there are hardly 100 seats in which 30 are reserved and remaining 70 seats are available for like 250 students.They cheated me and refused to give back my security deposit so be careful regarding these cheat places.This is a whole review about how I felt back there.Note- No personal hate .
