Sec 5 branch is worst... There is a receptionist boy named Balram is misbehaving always and never understands any problem or issue related to the library and never give any solution... He mostly says :- jitne pese diye hai chupchap padho, yha esa esa nhi hota.. Previous staff was good thats why there is too much rush comparatively other libraries but if this is going to continue plz never ever visit there.. Otherwise you will regret for this.

Worst place for a student, more so for girls with unhygienic & smelly washrooms. Tons of bugs & mosquitoes. ACs dont work. The owner is only interested in stuffing more and more students in this cramped space. Wifi works half the time and they charge exorbitantly for such pathetic facilities. Refrain from enrolling yourself here and save your time and money.

Worst place to study. No ventilation, dirty toilets , poor studying atmosphere, dishonest receptionist Rachna and owner is greedy Anu Manocha . Beware , never join. Dont waste time . Crowd is pathetic . Stealings happen.

Studied here for more than a year and I can assure that this is the best place. They also provide facilities like air purifier and foot massager. The staff was always eager to help and the environment helped me so much. Go there if you believe in value in money. Totally loved the facilities!!

Worst library... no place to sit even if you have paid them for membership. If there is place then no chair to sit ... most of the chairs are broken. Please dont waste your money.

The best peaceful place to study near my area with the all necessary facilities.The owners of this place are very friendly and good in nature.

This is the only library I have ever come across having abundant fescillties like sound proof walls. Air purifiers, blowlers for winters, microwave,, nap room, bean bag, refrigerator, reserved room for extra focus. and a peaceful atmosphere to study. Management is also very cooperative. I strongly recommend achievers to achieve your goals

The best library ever seen, the extra best facilities as compared to other library is sound proofing.although it is on the main road but still there is a pin drop silence inside and there is extra facility foot massager that I have never seen in any library. Sitting for long hours gives us relaxation while using foot massager.

Very poor infra..ac do not work..extremely humid..no ethical relationship only monetary relationship..lack of grievance redressal mechanism..owner not willing to solve any problem..lack of coordination among staff..some students are real trouble creators n no action against them..the oy good thing is comfortable chair n study table n ample of space!

Study space is gud in Rohini lib but their staff is highly inefficient and indisciplined (drinking water is not available ...most of the time and toilets facilities are in bad condition)..n they will ask u to take their costly membership for ur own good.. as u ll get discount on ur monthly renewal..but they will be giving all those to non members...too...at much cheaper rates..

Best library in rohini..Dont go by the negative reviews.. negative reviews are sponsored by competitors to get more students by devaluing this library..im currently preparing for upsc here.it has reasonable fees, air purifier(necessary for delhi),ac ( for summers) , foot massager, heater for winters, filter water facility,wifi,nap room (if u get tired or feeling sleepy), comfortable chairs n space(u can compare it with others as well) , supportive staff... More disturbance is there, not much suitable to study.

Being UPSC student I have been to many library but I found Achievers Library to be the best one having aboundand facilities my experience I have been many libraries but as per Achievers Library is not only library a place to study, a place to relax and focus .This is the only library when I have some air purifier, heaters/blowers , refrigerator, sound proofing, microwave,induction,foot massager and pindrop silence .Software integrated with bio metric machine where no one other than student can enter for our belonging safety but the only problem with this library some times it is over crowded and we have to make adjustment for seat to study.

Worst library ever seen. Continous construction after every few days. Lots of disturbances. Non cooperative staff. Parking is a big issue. Enrolled more than capacity, If you are late you have to wait for seat. Not suggested at all.

Reachability is good , seating is comfortable ! But washroom conditions are not upto the mark !
