My fathers catheter got blocked and it had to be replaced urgently. It needed to be replaced at home since he is totally immobile and cannot go to hospital without ambulance... And, it was 10:00 PM. Tried various options but all in vain. Then I found CareOxy on Google and called them. Catheter no.10 that my dad needed was not available. These guys relentlessly guided me all the way through various hospitals to find this catheter, and replaced it with zero percent flaw. At 12:30 AM the catheter got replaced finally and my dad could pass urine again, giving him a new lease of life. I am so thankful for all their help, efforts and commitment, and would highly recommend for such services.

Poor service....if you go through the reviews...mostly are for oxygen cylinders and few for nursing.Staff is untrained and was not even able to change cannula. Hired them for my father and staff is always in a hurry to go home. When staff was not able to manage patient, they call you mid of the day and ask for double the charge so they don’t have to come.Will not recommend to anyone.

Even during this time of Pandemic, they are just looting customers. I paid 9500 for a small Oxygen cylinder, for which Im being asked to pay additional 18% GST for invoice. I was told the price was inclusive of GST earlier and now im being denied a valid bill.

TRACHEOSTOMYMy grandfather recently got the tracheostomy and every month we need to change it and sometimes on an emergency basis at home. Please dont trust this scam agency. They took the entire advance payment frome me and did not send the nurse hours after my grandfather passed away. Even after his death the person refuses to refund me my money. They are a fraud agency with no staff or coordination

I called them for cannulation and BD administration of antibiotics to my wife. I had my doubts because my previous experience with another similar service wasnt good. But Naresh Ji from CareOxy is amazing. He very patiently explained and answered every single doubt and was extremely professional in administering the injections. My wife has very deep and thin veins, and yet Naresh ji made whole thing quite painless. Total 10 doses of antibiotics in NS were administered over a period of five days and it was all done in just two cannulas. He inserted cannulas in feet since veins werent clear in arms and he used kids cannula for painless experience. Such kind of thoughtfulness doesnt come from just experience, you need to be a compassionate person to really care about patients; and Naresh Ji is a compassionate and humble person. I hope I dont get to use any such medical service again but if need comes, Ill call him without hesitation. Much recommended.
