One thing about this place is you cant say no to anything that you desire to learn about your body and fitness goals. This gym have a very good energy for doing all types of workouts. They have variety of workout techniques , yoga and various martial arts training. Anuj have very good knowledge in many martial art forms, Yoga, anatomy etc the list goes on. He clearly explain each moves/poses and which body part it target. The most important thing is he incorporate breathing in every movement during training which helps to keep the energy level throughout the training. Glad I visited this gym during my time at Delhi.

Very dedicated trainers. At Shvas they just not train for external transformation and unbelievable physical strength but also for internal peace and emotional strength. Trainers are friendly yet professional. They know their job very well! Very satisfied with the gym!

The best place in town !! Really good trainers, they motivate you to achieve stuff which u couldnt have even thought about.I lost 30kgs in just 6 months ! Really love this place

Great gym. Best and motivating trainers. With interesting excercises. All workout without machines but more than enough. I have been going to the gym for more than 4 months and lost like 13 kgs.

I had yoga lessons with Anuj and it was great Both the lessons and him as a person In addition to that he gave me useful exercise advices I definitely recommend!

This place is not like a regular gym where u go and do exercises. It is very different as here one can learn lot of things which cant be done in other gyms.Tbh, it is a combo of everything.So yeah, one must give it a try.

I spandan learned here gymnastics for 9 months and made my body so strong that no one could beat me

Worst service ever I had deposit the fees for 6 months in Aug 2017 and after 2 days I was not satisfied with the service because the trainer carelessly asked me to do 100 Pilates in the very second day as a result I end up in damaging my knees and was on bed for a week than I visited there and requested them specially mr nishant to deduct whatever there charge is and refund my membership fees and it is almost more the 8 months I am still waiting for there response reminded them multiple time but no response , really felt that I am completely cheated by the false commitment from them I was waiting from such a long time in trusting them that they will keep there words but of no use....REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE, NEVER EXPECTED THIS 😢😢😢
