Good cordial staff,well maintained office

They are cheats. Once they get money from u , they dont pick calls and no one helps u.All the commitments theygibe on mails they dont honour. I bought membership from Mr rahul mahajan and Mr shambhu from pritampura branch delhi. And they dont pick calls

I feel worst to say that no one cares about you humanity is zero. No body listens you even in upper management they just want sales that’s it. They supports wrong things. I got badly disappointed and now there is no hope left.

They are fake people.. specially regional Head... making fool to the people.interview process is too bad.. they kill your day and then say that regional head denying.. I want to say that he directly start taking interview without wasting the others time... No customer policies.. many customers visit in office and abuse them...

Poor very poor service, no one picks up the phone in order to reply to your queries, I wanted to book an appointment.Eventually I just visited unannounced and found the office was nothing like a Club Mahindra, very bad and dirty.Anyways meet few people and got things done. Never want to visit again.

No one use to pickup the phone and also when ever we use to call they just use to say all the staff members are busy attending another call they will give call back but never they call back. More than 100 time I use to call then they use to pickup the call and ask we will give call back and so on.

This the biggest fraud of tourism industry . They just steal your money in a slight professional manner and are always ready to insult a consumer and cross all borders to violate consumer laws .It s a request never try to take their membership they will ruin your life . I ended up loosing thousands of rupees in this Scam .
