Pathetic, fraudulent online company. They are running a ponzy scheme will report to Google to take down their hosting. They collect money upfront and when they are not able to deliver medicine and u seek refund they deduct penalty. What fun..

Fraud team. Their only earning is from cancellation charge which you dont get to know! They show availability, then when one get tired of waiting and cancel, you will have to cancel with a cancellation charge if you want your money back. I am yet to receive it . Dont buy into this scam!

This company is scamming everyone! I made a mistake to not read the reviews before placing an order. Nobody should ever purchase any products from this company! even after charging an additional amount for a 24 hour delivery, I did not receive any response to my emails, messages or calls for 25 days! Only after I threatened to file a police complain I received a response.

These people are cheaters and unprofessional. I strongly recommend all to not to choose this portal.

They are totally fraudulant. Ordered sanitizer from them during lockdown. They didnt ship it even after. 3 months. When i contacted them (repeatedly) for a refund, they told me to contact through a mail they didnt send. I cant have anymore of this headache.

This is a fraud company. They take prepaid orders; if you are lucky then they will deliver after much delay and persuasion. In most cases, they will neither deliver nor refund.

I ordered some medicine and they failed to deliver and also not refunding my money from past 10 days. I recommend not to order anything from this website. I paid Rs 554 and they refunded only 278 Rs on cancellation. OMSI is cheating on their orders. I recommend, do not order anything. Finally I received rest of the amount after deduction of Rs100+5% charges.

Do not buy anything from this website. They are just fraud. When you place an order they will ask your prescription and then you will get an email stating that your prescription has been rejected and when you will ask for refund they will cut 118 RS for cancellation the order. So they will not give you anything and will cut 118 RS in every order. Never order anything from this website never ever.

Dont order from this e commerce.. This is a scam and they wont sent the order and wont even reply after some days of ur order.. I ordered a medicine which was needed urgently.. Initially they started giving excuses like the prescription is rejected without giving reason and alternate drug which is cheaper than one i ordered can be given instead . When asked refund they said delivery charge ie 100 rs wont be refunded.. I agreed for alternative medicine.. But even that they didnt dispatch.. They just prolong the order and ultimately scam us.. Beware...

Now I Ithink it may be fraud because when you will ask about placing new order thay reply your msg or call back to you But once you paid They never replied to you either call or on whatsapp.I have requested for cancellation of [Order #2833089] (March 6, 2020)and cost of 670₹ + 250₹(urgent Delivery) But not initiated refund process until today (March 20, 2020). as It was urgently required But I didnt get any confirmation email or msg about Product delivery on that time, expect one which was about accepting Order and asked about prescription and ID and I submitted . I called many times tried to contact via Whatsapp even each time My text was received But Didnt get any response. Finally I purchased from offline store and requested cancellation. through all of this I was almost on Emergency spot.So First If you are not able to control Urgent Delivery Please Dont Play like this in Pharmacy.2nd I am a student so 1000₹ mean a lot for me and Please initiate refund process as soon as possible .and ensure me You arent Fraud.
