The one star is attributed to politeness and consideration of incharge doctor, administrative aspects deserve a negative rating. Suggested them to value the importance of time of their visitors and inform the exact schedule to person calling 30 min before reaching. Apparently they love to keep people waiting for 2-3 hours.Doesn’t appear that they took the suggestion seriously. If you want to get frustrated, take an appointment and wait endlessly for a day, and may be the second day too ( for certain tests).They appear to have strong lobbying which gets the patient referred here, as if they come at no 2 in accuracy after the NASA. If I had seen reviews prior visiting, I wouldn’t have gone there !

Why cant the they afford to buy coveralls for their beds?Secondly they make you wait as if youre visiting a government hospital, the only difference here is that you have ac facility.I was made to wait for 2 hours post which I had to give up as I couldnt wait anymore. I dont know how all the pregnant ladies kept waiting holding on to their urge to pee.I had to request them to refund my money. My appointment was fixed at 11:30 am but I was attended after 2 hours .. what is the use of making appointment if we have to wait that much .. poor arrangement and communication.. they don’t understand the value of time .. if they have so many appointments they should not take more appointments and inform the patients on time. Totally waisted my time here.. Delhi is full of diagnostic centers so I recommend to choose one of them and not disorganized one like Nanda’s.

Very insensitive, rude doctor doing ultrasound and poor management. Not maintains any order even after booking done in advance and charging more than double the cost for every tests as compared to other diagnostic centers. Patients arriving late are treated first. No value for patients timing. Pathetic & worst experience yesterday. Will never visit again here.

Pathetic experience. Poor management. They dont maintain any order. Patients arriving late are treated first.They had 1 doctor who was looking at 2 patients at the same time. The other patient kept on waiting while he was busy with other. In a span of 3 hours, he looked at the patient for 15 min.Issue in managing reports. They created our double marker report with wrong details from NT NB scan.

Awesome facility1* rating just because of mismanagement in handling reports. Got ultrasound in morning and told them that I will collect in 1 hr. I visited in evening at 1900 hrs and it is 1944 hrs....report not signed till now.

I am 9 months pregnant and went for ultrasound at Nanda Diagnostics, but they waited me for almost 2 hours to get my test done. I was in such a critical situation and was facing lot of trouble in waiting. But none of their staff helped me. They itself gave appointment time and let patient wait for hours and are not even ready to understand the patients situation. Seriously pathetic service.

My booking slot was for 11 - 11.15 am & we were told to carry bed sheet with water botle.After waiting for 1 hour i ask the receptionist what happened she replied there are some complications in mostly patient that is why doctors taking more time..after waiting for 3 hour we called by doctor fpr level 2 ultrasound.During test my wife asked docter to kindly press firmly because we are sitting for more than 3 hrs with empty stomach it will with gas.. than doctor rudly replied if want pls come again tomorrow dnt waiste our time .. but i feel she can also replied in other way as we are waiting for more than 3 hrs. Not at all recomended... worst expereince. Dnt know why our gyno reffer to them... may be they all are on commision bases.

All kinds of tests are done here including ultrasound and x-ray. The prices are not cheap but not too expensive as well. They provide good facilities for customers. There is big waiting area fir everyone to sit comfortably and tea and coffee are also provided on request. The only thing is that there is a ling wait and if you want to get your test done fast u need to come every early or youll have to wait 3-4 hours for just one test as there is big crowd.

No value of people time. They will give you appointment of 3:30 and you will waiting till 6 pm. And when you enquire you are always 2 patients away from getting tested. If you have so much work then please respect people time also. This is happening 3rd time to me. I only come to you for your quality. Writing this from centre.

They are unable to manage their appointments. You have to wait atleast 1.5 hrs even after an appointment. So many patients in queue make the doctors do the ultrasound very impatiently.

We are not in for a charity to deserve such attitude even from cleaning staff let alone the sadistic receptionist.The patient is coming in for diagnostic services not for a family celebration. Patient is bound to come with an attendant. These people tells the attendant to get out and wait outside with that foul tone. Why isnt there any decent places for attendants to wait? And why cant it told in a soft tone?People are not in for free services. They are paying a hefty fee and should be treated with respect. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Instead there are plenty good diagnostic centres in the vicinity. Please try SARAL instead.

One of the worst pathological labs in Delhi. Dont visit this lab if you really care for your health. They dont have defined set of protocols for attending the patients. Theyll call you at 11 and attend you at 3. Neither is the staff cooperative and trustworthy. I highly doubt their competency and reports. Go there and waste your valuable time and money at your own risk. Better find out any other lab elsewhere in Delhi. A big NO on behalf of myself and 3 other relatives.

On my level 2 ultrasound (18-weeks), Nanda Diagnostic diagnosed hypoplastic bone 2.7 mm and told me to get NIPT (non-invasive test) costing rupees 60,000. My gynae (Dr Renu Gupta, Tri-Nagar) suggested me to get Amniocentesis, costing rupees 30,000 done from either Nanda or a fetal centre in Vikas Puri. We got amniocentesis done from Ganga Ram and all the reports were normal, on 6th February 2021 (23 weeks 5 days), I got my ultrasound done from Balaji Action Hospital and they found nasal bone of 5.6 mm. Nanda Diagnostic is a gold digger and they fish for people like us and make us fear about the same and ask for huge amounts.

Mis-Management. Pathetic.Pre - Appointment time 11am. We reached at 10.45. But Ultrasound start time 2pm. After 10 minutes evalutaion, they told to wait again for 1 hour then they did USG at 6pm.Wasted our whole day.Charges are also on higher side.Take a full day off from work before considering Nanda Diagnostics.Report might be reliable but time is also precious. They should improve.

Their ultrasound services may be best in the area but they are highly unprofessional in terms of making their patients wait. They will ask you to make an appointment and even after that you will have to wait atleast an hour to get the test done. Nobody has the time to wait for an hour before taking a tesy which will take less than 20 min.

Had to go for full abodem ultrasound and i was asked by reception to come at 9 and finally after waiting for 2 hrs my number comes.The reception people are not at all corporative. They wont tell also how long it will take for your turn and knowing the fact that we need to take enough water.Also had a concern as they did not had grounds that people should sit far from each other..a lot many people were in reception and they had no covid guidelines. Its just they were asking guradian to wait in waoting lobby but no check.very less people were wearing mask and no body was there to ensure.

Lab was recommended to my by my friend before Covid pandemic, but I never got a chance back then. I visited the lab today and it deserves a 5* rating for the quality of work theyre doing.

Though hygiene wise its good, machines are good and doctors know their job well but they lack in patient service. Two days back I had USG 4D color + doppler test for which they charged 5500/- (which by no means is a less amount!) But in terms of giving service- (a) they didnt even showed me the screen/ my baby, (b) in name of 4D color, they handed only 4 color pics on a page in the report, (c) they didnt even bothered to ask me if I want to see my baby, (d) my elder one wanted to see the baby and they just showed the screen without explaining anything. Is this the service they are giving to patient by charging 5500/-!! Wow!! I will NEVER go there again...

Very Very Bad experience at Nanda diagnostic. They called me for test at 3 pm but they did it on 6 pm. After that I ask for reports they said that they will send it my mail id on next day 2 pm. Next day I called them many times for reports. In the end they send me the reports after 4 pm. Please dont waste your valuable time and money here. I came here after seeing the rewies but I am very disappointed. Agar mere bas me hota to ek bhi star nhi deta.
