Software is good but customer support is worst I had experienced till date of any software firm. If you have a problem in your software then only god knows when will it be resolved, if you call customer care they will say Please contact your dealer and when you contact dealer they will say Sir, Sorry we dont have any knowledge about this issue, pls contact Marg HO. Its been more than a year and my queries are the same.After all this when you will inform Marg HO about their dealers inability to solve the issue, they will reply Sir, we will arrange a call back from dealer to solve this issue.Dear Marg guys wake up!!!!!, today even govt offices and their officials are more supportive than your customer care team.Before launching new products in market in future, work on your customer support team to help your customers solve their queries.

HiI have some suggestion for you.....Improve your customer care team, if you are saying you are the best then your service have to best. Check tally customer care team they have better team from you to handle customer query.1. To connecting time to customer care team - 20-30min approx.2. Behaviour of Customer care team (Naresh) very irresponsible they have only one excuse( Internet connection) to avoid giving better solution to your customer.As customer view i used both software (tally erp & Marg erp) tally is much better then you as support service thru service provider & customer care.I am suggesting burn some extra cost otherwise it lifetime pain to run behind margerp.. #tallyerp9

The customer service is patheticHave to call again and again to get things done still issues are not resolved easily.Also the service provider is rude.It was a sunday afternoon i had some urgent work, although i knew it was a sunday but it was urgent so i called he rudely said no and told me to call the customer care.The customer care couldnt not resolve the issue and asked me to call the service provider only.Totally hopeless customer service

If someone is going for interview there better ask the HR of Marg ERP that how much time they can wait for you before joining(notice period). If its meets their expectations then give the interview at their location else if they call you and notice period isnt described in detail with the HR then dont go.

I AM USING MARG SOFTWARE FOR LAST 3 YEARS . I HAVE FOUND IT HELPFULL IN BILLING ,ACCOUNTS AND ALSO FILLING GST RETURNS ACCURATELY EVERY MONTH .

The software & MargCare executives are excellent.I have 2 issues: 1.The other Bank reconciliation system is not working at all.2. It is very difficult to contact your executives. Some times even after holding the call for 15 minutes, it does not materialise. The Company shall have to do something about these 2 points.

Poor service & technical support pls dont buy

We are using the software (silver edition) past 9-10 months for pharma manufacturing industry. I must say the software is good & performs very well. Our billing has become fast & smooth. Also all reports are 1 click away. Support from the delivery team (Indian institute technology, Pune) is really good for the implementation. 1 star less because the cloud back up system is not implemented for silver edition also more training should be given as the software is capable of many useful tasks but remains unused due to lack of training received on all aspects to customers (only videos not sufficient). Overall a must buy and very useful software for business.
