Very nice ice cream parlour.All the flavours r delicious.I have tried almost all.Ice cream cakes are really good to celebrate birthday as well as serve as dessert.Strawberry cheese cake is one of the best.

We purchased two tubs of ice cream . Was charged as per MRP.Day after got to know that there was offer of buy one get one. Even while purchasing we asked if any scheme going on they denied.

Well its a good option to sit and enjoy the icecream but there are certain things that left a bad taste in the end.* Starting with the prices. The price of a product at outlet is more when compared to the price of same product being sold on carts which clearly says that such outlets are more in for money making. It is like if you buy a water bottle from normal food shop then you pay Rs 15 but if you buy it at a movie theatre you pay anything between Rs 50 to Rs 100.* Second, if there are only two people then they should be able to be better at managing things by now since the outlet is now bit old. The chairs were scattered. The floor and table was dirty thanks to two girls and a guy who were celebrating something due which customer had to be careful not to step on chocolate on the floor. One of the table for two had a plate left by a customer and was not cleaned. But all was cleaned a bit late when guests who wished to sit increased in number. So it was not ideal table to sit.* Thirdly, what I ordered was not available and I was informed that that particular variant is no more sold even when it was on the menu. If thats the real case, then the menu is not updated. Moreover, the vibes came like it they want to earn more by indirectly forcing customers to order higher amount variant of same product.What could be better:* The company should keep pricing consistent and if not consistent then atleast there should not be a huge price difference.* If you are understaffed then hire more staff. If not then put clear requests on a poster on entrance like (assuming customers who visit are atleast literate enough to read it):- Customers should throw away the used plates or leftovers in the two dustbin that have been kept there; Basic etiquettes;- Customers to avoid unnecessary dirtying the place and if they do then charge them for it or ask them to clean or put their pictures on board under heading like Illiterate People; again basic etiquettes.- One person should clean the floor, table & seats first in case by mistake they were stained instead of attending other customer. The next customer can be handled by other staff member.* Update the Menu with new items added and old ones removed. And until that dont place the menu on table or atleast paste a Not available sticker on the product or variant not available or out of stock. But it is better that if you are under-stocked then better place order in advance when a count of an item reaches a pre-defined number.

Love the taste of havmor. I had chocolate murder and that one taste great. Its a nice place for small parties but only 10-15 chairs are available. The only issue what I found is the quantity that you get for Rs 200/- is not worth.

The store manager tried to charge me more than the MRP of the icecream cake.I went to purchase Golden fantasy cake. The price for this and black forest cake was hidden on the board by black marker and he quoted the bill as 750 for 1 golden fantasy. When I asked that this is not correct price he said that it was changed and was arguing.I then purchased it for 500 that is the MRP from other vendor outside.

The manager is impolite. Was not wearing a mask, has been spotted not wearing so a few times, tonight though he very impolitely argued.While its understandable that some people think that wearing a mask isnt important, that Corona is gone, some people arent of that thought. As someone, whos catering to so many people, should this man not be careful about customerss safety and not just bother about, being suffocated with the mask?Top that up with being impolite with the customer who asked to pull up the mask.

Amazing place offering delicious ice creams and sundaes. Almost all items in the menu are superb. Sundaes are heavy and filling. Also although their preparation time is more but the everything is well prepared so few extra secs are manageable .

There is an issue with their pricing where the lower size SKU are mentioned in ml while the largest one is in kg which creates a lot of confusion beware of that

I order regulary via Swiggy from Havmor. The taste and the portion are always good. But today when I ordered them from the Buy 1 get 1 section, the amount of ice creams in the 300 ml cup was less than half of the cup volume in every cup. I even doubt that the volume of cup is 300 ml.This is not exptected from Havmor. I paid for 1200 ml ice cream and I even did not get 500 ml.Really bad experience

A good place to have an ice-cream or a cold coffee but this particular outlet lacks a lots of things. Cleaning is pathetic inside and tables are not cleaned after customer leaves. Staff has no knowledge about preparing an item with standard portion of ingredients and every time you will ask for a particular shake or coffee, the taste would be different. Staff is not at all professional and air-conditioning is poor.

I totally love Havmor ice cream, brilliantly made! I used to always wish for them to sell their ice creams in Delhi, as I would only get to eat them when I would travel to Goa/ Gujarat/ etc. I am so happy they are in Delhi and just love their ice creams.

One of the best new places I have found after hearing some buzz about it form some of my friends. And I cant stop coming here. Im ADDICTED ALREADY having visited the place almost 5 times in past week.Its very conveniently located in Janakpuri C1 market, on the road opposite to Mata Chanan Devi Hospital.The place is always buzzing with customers even post 11 pm at night! They have a very nice ambience and decor. Nothing fancy but the subtle white background and red roof does the trick. Seating is comfortable and they have a few tables for you to chill out and have the desserts. Staff is extremely humble and helpful and gladly let you taste the flavours you want to try before ordering.Nitrogen cooled ice cream is one of my favourites desserts and now thanks to this place I dont have to go my nearest place Rajouri now to have them. My sister, who doesnt have much appetite for sweet; even she finished #Hotch potch in few minutes! And guess what they are better than most of their competition, infact they are among the best ice cream parlous in the city. Delhi definitely needs to have more of these.I have tried most of their flavours by now and not disappointed by any. But the SHOWSTOPPER has to be # MAKE YOUR OWN HOTCH POTCH. It costs less than 200 bucks (although without taxes), and offers you any to choose from any two scoops, 4 of the toppings, and two of the syrups. You can watch while they prepare it just how you wanted it. 😍 This is like pure Foodgasm!
