I had very bad experience with Blackbora. I didnt got any confirmation when I placed the order & my money got deducted from my account. After weeks of calling & emailing them. They finally delivered my order after a month & when I received the product. The product didnt even fit properly on my phone. Total waste of money and time.

They might havr good designs, but their service is worst. I ordered a cover, first of all it does not fit the phone and in spite of so many mails they did not reply. They do not have functional contact number. In short I lost my money on this scam business. Beware guys!

Got a Batman printed night glow t shirt from them.. after like 5-6 washes, the condition of the product is still as good as it was when I got it.I must say they take quality of their products quite seriously..

Guys dont buy their product. First of all their product come very late. Secondly they have tied up with some Xpressbees for delivery of the products. These guys keep products with them for 2-3 days. Their customer care gives you wrong commitments too. Worst experience. Dont buy their product at all.

Ordered Mobile Cover about a week ago. Not able to contact the customer support. Even not able to track my order. Everytime I check it says order is processing and will be shipped soon, but I dont know when will it happen. I have made the full payment & I dont think will hear from them. Also there is no option to cancel my order. Just pathetic

My order No. #BB14253 dated 3.3.2019 is pending, it was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 days. FedEx tracking shows label generated but product not yet dispatched. Full amount was paid at the time of Order. Very poor service.

Absolutely the worst and most incompetent service ever. I had ordered a phone case that was shown to be available on the website, but I got an email saying that it wasnt available. I have already paid for the case, but I havent been refunded the amount even though I have written multiple emails requesting for one. Do not purchase from this site.

So I reached out to them and Ankit one of teh co-founders took it upon him to solve my issue and send me a replacement . This is the best customer care I have recieved . Their delivery system is very poor especially if youve paid in advance. Delivery of the product says 3-4 days, but it takes some 14 days.Plus their customer support is zero, cant reach out to them on phone or message (through the number shown on their website).Worst experience of buying the phone cover online.
