Horrible, horrible hospital. Dr Rajesh Gupta is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever come across. The staff has no clue about what they are doing. We had to wait for 1 hour in the emergency before someone saw the patient. Staff at reception sent us to the OPD when clearly the OPD was closed. Dr Rajesh came 1 hour late despite a prior appointment and spent 30-40seconds on the patient. He did not have enough time to listen to the patient history or the kind of pain he was into. He quickly refuted all the prior tests shown to him and advised fresh tests to be done in his hospital. Although he was extremely prompt in charging Rs 1,000 for this visit. Utterly disappointed with the doctor and support staff at this hospital. Wouldn’t advise to anyone. Horrible experience.

Was taken to emergency for viral then admitted for 2 days for the same. The care i got in the hospital is unbelievable, the staff took such good care and the doctors were so promt. Really feels nice that in such a day there are so caring ppl. Overall a very good experience.

One of the best hospital in that area...from casualty incharge Dr Sharad to ICU Incharge Dr Raj , every Doctor and staff is very helpful and cooperative...Highly recommended.

This is the only hospital who was attending any covid patient with deep help when delhi was in a mess ... for me Dr Rajesh Gupta is a hero .. a gem and God.He was a doctir who was most of the time in the hospital dedicated to covid patients risking all his life for the mankind.Even the staff was wonderfully supportive.The best part is that doctor comes to the round himself twice a day and he is anytime and every time available.Respected Sir and all the people who are working did you .. have done finest job during covid ..I had been knowing the Dr sir abs this hospital since last 10 years and most of my family is getting a regular treatment without any hesitation and we are treats like a family.I personally think that in this time of distress there is no other hospital which is friendly and helpful.

They are not following any Covid norms, infact in there coordinator covid patients and normal are sitting together. No one is sanitizing ct machine for next patient.

Pathetic hospital..dr. Sumita Paul (gynaecologist) is highly irresponsible..she is just there for making money..the doctor will ask you to visit her and will charge you 900 INR for a consultation of 2 min that you have to get the tests done from a private lab and then come to visit her again..when you visit her again after getting the tests done she will again charge you..she never remembers the history of a patient who has visited her atleast 15 times, everytime you have to explain the case..in case of urgency she never bothers to respond to you on sms or phone, resulting in huge loss of patient..she will give you a book to study written by her for which she will charge 500 INR, thus making this profession a business..beware of such doctors

Today I visit doctor is very good but casualty staff is unresponseble

Okay, I had 2 issues there!1. I had my broken nail removed in my thumb, and they charged a hefty rs. 4000/- for that! But It was urgent so we got that done but2. Today, we went for a simple Titnus injection and they said it will be around rs. 750/- . Are you joking me! A ten rupee thing to be injected for 750/-. They just make bills! Its too much for a Service!

Costlier and poor service in comparison to Vinayak Hospital which is located at a walking distance from Pentamed Hospital. You can find almost all working nurses are from north east states of India. What makes me bad impression during my first visit when my brother having dry cough is that their staff including doctors are not so professional as they seem like enjoying their time and waiting for only their monthly salary....

These guys dont know the meaning of appointment.If any patient is given an appointment please come after an hour of the given time. Cause apparently neither the doctors nor the receptionist knows the meaning of the word appointment.NOTE- THIS IS NOT A HOSPITAL, IT IS A JOKE.

Nothing is upto mark . Neither dr take care nor nurse . They don’t provide you medicine on time they will give you generic medicine. Pentamed is only making money they don’t ask or tell what are the check up they are going to do and when you ask for discharge they will give you a huge amount of bill. I was admitted for 20 hrs and they had given me a bill of 20k and in which they had written many things extra which individual rarely notice

Worst hosp. in delhi or you can say in Indiano care of the pt. much interested to take mediclaim patients, gives local medicines buys three times qty and returns to pt on discharge which no chemist takes back means a total loss. Specially Dr Rajesh Gupta owner/ partner of the hosp. is more than yamraj on earth. no clear position of the pt is given keeps attendents in black declares dead to living pts.it would be better to die on road instead of dying in pentamed. much costlier than max fortis or ganga ram hosp. highly not recommendable for innocent pts. i have faced severe problems accordingly is my opinion about this chor hospital. basically they make fool , they dam care of the pt. they are concerned about the bills as they are paid by tpa.one should refrain from going or referring to this hospital. the hosp. deserves 0 rating or in minus. they use injections which nrp is 2950.00 but thr chrmulisy does nit takr bach even un 100 tupeed. niw everything is clesrar this stage pentaned hodp.. is one of the machless peoplenever take your patients to this hosp. if you want to see them alive

This is awell maintain ed hospital .Good and clean environment.Specialises in pathological department.Good service and humble staff.Doctors are good.Chemist shop nearby.Canteen offers good food.Parking facility.Many medical department s available.As well as new thecnology qnd equipment s used.

Moved my relative from the ICU to the normal rooms without consent even though he was not in a good condition. Ultimately, resulting in his unfortunate demise the same night. Please dont take your family or friends to this hospital if you want them to be in good health.

Never go there. Highly overpriced. The ICU is worst than a railway station with 7 beds stacked in one small room. Hospital is only interest in making money. Owner, Dr Gupta has probably devised a mechanism that he will be able to take all the money along --- Sikander couldnt do it. As someone earlier said in the reviews - Dr Gupta can only take to heaven...While dr gupta specializes in sending his patients to heaven, but he surly will go to hell.

It totally depends that you are consulting which doctor. If you are consulting Dr. Anand and Dr. Jain then it is very good but if consulting Dr. Rajesh Gupta then he will surely let you to go in heaven.Dr Rajesh Gupta is like a Yamraj on earth. He is very interested to admit mediclaim patients and charges them huge bills like a big hospital e.g. max fortis and ganga ram. When the quality is compared they are good for nothing. Apart from that Dr. Rajesh Gupta doesnt tell you the exact situation of the patients. In reality the patient situation is worsening but he will tell that he is ok and i will discharge him in the evening.
