The Worst Management, we were attending a function there on 20th of August so there are two newly married couples, their waiter started filming them with their mobile phones and after filming started removing plates from the plates counter. The function was for 100 people and total payment was paid in advance and final count was around 80 and after all the odd filming they have done there was 17 plates left at plate counter.. They are very bad.. Really.. Many guests complained that the waiters are filming them. Kindly do check and ask them before booking any function their because they will try their hard destroy it.. With their filming skills.

Beautiful ambiance, lavish cuisines and also great catering service. everything right from ambiance, food, service , quality, was in place.Staff is really good and connectivity with roadways and metro is good.Nearest metro station- Shalimar Bagh (pink line) & Azadpur (yellow line).Overall its a great place to reach out for a wedding reception.

Nice banquet hall with fully furnished interior. Fully air conditioned. But there is no open place. Car parking available. Nearest metro station is Azadpur(Yellow line).

Beautiful ambience & Good food. Well maintained banquet for all kind of function & get together. We booked the ground and First Floor for my wedding ceremony in April18 for the gathering of 400 Pax. Can accommodate 300 people gatherings on Ground Floor and 400 can be accommodated in two floors. Good ambience, Great food at a good price. Got compliments from many guests for the food. Even one of my cousin booked it for her Sagan ceremony after our function.

The management is an army of conmen befooling innocent people even during these trying times. To begin with, they took the whole booking amount in advance and then looted us by charging enormous amounts in the name of taxes which were already very much inclusive in the advance amount. Furthermore, the infrastructure including the furniture was old, tarnished and in a really poor condition. One of the staff members named Divya has no sense of professionalism and is an utterly rude goon. Lastly, won’t even recommend sparing a minute of your precious time and squandering a single penny on this dump.

Today I was in the ring ceremony party in royal paper tulip banquet. There is metel wire in ras malai. That means they dont make food safely. If the person is anable to find it out who will be responcible for the conference ? And we request the person to open AC along will the hall denied it derictly

We had a function at Royal Pepper , pls dont book this banquet as it is more of mental torture to deal with its staff after booking ,If you are booking dont pay upfront as per there demand , pay as less as you can to them initially , Rude staff(Booking Managers) , More price for services but quality not that good , They will not coperate with you at any stage , even at covid lockdown times they dont want to reschedule your function , banquet is not maintained , furniture has pale yellow lining on them now , floor tiles were broken , ceiling was damaged and at last they ask you to change the floor , during last week of function they demanded more money a random figure and called it GST(this amount was 3 times of actual GST on which event was booked) which was already included earlier at the time of event booking. You can get lot of other banquets nearby this.

There are two banquet halls of Royal Pepper in the Wazirpur...one is Tulip and the other one is Krish so make sure to check the name beforehand cos you may find parking and traffic issues at arrival though valet parking is available at both halls but getting in through traffic is a big task...tulip comes first if you are coming from Prembari underpass and for Krish you need to take u turn from Azadpur Flyover then come through service lane...

We booked for our wedding reception at Royal Pepper Banquets, Wazirpur in the month of February 2020 and the reception was scheduled in April end. We paid a booking amount of Rs. 51,000/- (Fifty One Thousand) against said booking for a gathering of 300 persons. However due to ongoing pandemic of Covid 19 the event could not be held. Thereafter, we called the banquet for postponing the event to a further date as per the availability and situation to which they agreed. We approached the banquet again on 2nd April 2021 to make the booking for wedding anniversary in order to adjust the earlier paid amount. While making the booking for further date Ms. Anuradha (Manager) asked us to submit additional Rs. 35,000/- to confirm the booking and informed us that the earlier paid advance will be adjusted only against the final payment on the day of event. However, due to casualty in family and keeping in mind the ongoing situation of rise in number of cases of Covid in the country we again requested them to postpone the event to another date. To our surprise she refused to do the same and replied saying either the event is happening or not happening and there is no possibility of postponement. She further said that in case you cancel the event the entire amount will be forfeited without any refund. This kind of behavior and malafide intention of doing business by forfeiting the entire amount in such difficult times was never expected. It seems I will need to put in a lot of efforts to recover my hard earned money as the management of banquet is terrible and does not prioritize customer over petty monitory gains.
