Bakwaas staff is very lazy they are not proper clean my car after doing paint work I am giving my new car for denting painting work after they dilever my car after 15 days and next day I am going to jaipur my car engine light is on after 90 km when I take my car in DD Motors after reach Delhi they told me cataylic converter is stoled form my car ye sab autotech mein hi hua hai very bad experience I am not suggest to any one to go there

Quality of service is not good.and charges are too high.

The manager (Devesh) is extremely lazy and you might never get your work done on time here. Although the owner looked decent but try some other workshops nearby. Overall experience was unsatisfactory.

I came here 2nd time for my WagonR. First of all I call them to ask is there any charges for inspection they said no, then I go there and one of them is checking my car , for about 10 minutes of driving he cant clarify the main problem after that I told him that i thought the problem is in the exle of left tyre then he said yes sir you are right. After that they told me the charges then I said right now I am not comfortable with the prices I will come some other time, then they said you have to pay some inspection charges, I told him about they said to me on call, then they said the person who told you about charges is forgot to tell you then I have to pay them the inspection charges. Totally unprofessional behaviour from staff. Pathetic service. When I came here 1st time at that time also not the good service but I neglected that. But this time I have to share my experience.

Poor service provider. They have done my Car complete service which include Wheel balancing and wheel alignment too. The suspension of my car is bend after I drive 30 KM IAM on a highway my wheel jam and tear, I changed the tyre after 15 KM same thing happen again then I call local car repair person and they found that suspension bus bend thats why this is happening. I was very shocked that how they do the servicing. They charged more then 6000 in servicing but not resolved issued and how they can miss such a big issue. Because of them I loss my 2 new tyre and 1 Rim. I personally recommend to everyone never use them for servicing of your car if you really love them. I have done the mistake you please dont do this......

Somewhat expensive and took a huge amount of time.

You have to be there to get the work done properly. The supervisor Raj is very rude. The other supervisor is quiet.

Auto tech engineers is very old Maruti workshop. Engineers and support staff do engage with the customers to provide good services. They do provide details on issues and solution approach. There is no followup after service.

Absolutely they are fraud and cheater, at the time of car job description they give you very cheap cost estimates but at the time of payment you will have to pay 70-80% extra. No transparency at all.Management staff is completely illiterate. It was my first and last car service there.

Very Bad ...Experience....gave my car to make it perfect but they make it even worst ..don even sure they put the parts for which they charged me as when u saw coolent was no up the mark and as per mechanic car servecinf was dine ....they distroy the bonnet setting and again i hve to gave the car for a extra day...and now also its not as it was... don no how it happen as no denting paintng has to be done just gave the car for general service. They did not listen to customer. I took my car there as i had a gear shifting problem. They drive my car and said there is no problem and told me that I need to push the gear a little hard. Then I went to a local service station, they inspected, changed my gear oil and gear leaver spring and it is now perfect.

Good attitude but lax service. Due to parking space constraint they parked my car for accident job outside the workshop and my car came under a reversing truck creating further dents.

Its really owsam place for Maruti cars and they always billing ownestly which is required for every one even this place owner standing always with costumer for support really its great........

Best Service Station of Maruti Suzuki India Pvt. Ltd

Took my Maruti Ertiga to them for first service. It was ready within 2 hours, as promised. Pretty descent service. Would surely like to try other Maruti Authorized Service Stations around it on my next service as suggested by my my fellow reviewers. I too feel you should try other Service Stations for any major repairs!!!

This place is located near to Delhi public school dwarka sec 3.Land mark is near to Rajapuri tiranga chawk.From there it is 5 minutes on vehicle and 15 minutes through walk.

Overall a good experience servicing car here , earlier it was not a maruti service station now popularly known as authorised maruti MASS being operated by sardarji , and rest related to work i always visited here for run-in repairs and services and found it economical as compared to big names such as competent and magic auto not sure about accidental repairs but only good thing for maruti car owners is that they can keep their warranty intact by paying less as it is a maruti authorised station.

Worst place to get your car fixed absolutely pathetic horrible staff and owner I gave my car here to get it fixed after an accident n dey took 16 days to fix it (so called fix it) n by the way my car is jus 8 months old dey strtd taking out issues sayin that the brake pads r gone they dint replace all d parts n said to change it next day as if nobody else got any work to do and most of all horrible fitting of my fender n bumperAvoid coming here at any cost

They are fraud, charged me extra Rs. 5000 + 3500 extra for parking in the name of accidental settlement, without doing any single work on my car. first they astimated the car work somewhere around 40k, and when they realised insurance company is willing to pay the ammout and customer is needy forr car the they turned their statement and asked to pay 70k for the same work and stole some engine parts when they came to know i am settling may car case in total damage and giving my car as a scrap to insurance company, bullshit sevice responce, suggest all of you dont give your lovely whicle there as they are thief
