Please avoid buying any electronics or extended warranty from sargam, these people are looting the customers and no warranty cover is entertained timely. Please get warranty from the company directly its a little costly but saves you the headache of chasing these dacoits.

Pls do not buy extended warranty/ Insurance from Sargam. They sold me Extended warranty/insurance for my AC and claimed everything service and repair are covered in this. I utilized only 1 services after expiry of product warranty. They gave one service free but now they refused for service. As per Sargam official at Vikaspuri store service is not covered in this. They are looting people by selling insurance. Do not buy.

This shop is so old. But they always introduce new technology in their showroom or shop whatever you say.I think all SARGAM showrooms are fake because I have such bad experience from SARGAM as well as from VIJAY SALES.When I went there I meet from head of that place, also when I noticed he was wearing I-card of UTTAM NAGAR SARGAMS showroom. But he was pretending to be head of KRISHNA PURI SARGAMS showroom.SARGAM is all fake... please go there just for knowledge expansion about home appliances and shop those appliances from their original shop.
