Reliance Digital part of mall but every store has different timings of operation. Digital is a place you have to be careful. Guard standing is extremely rude and has no manners let alone wear a mask. Wearing a mask underneath your chin is not wearing. Staff will follow you like you have committed a crime and will not let you check the product you want to see. They will always impose on you that they are told to sell. I have been to many digital stores either the staff ignores you completely and pass you on to next but definitely rude when they find out you are dealing with someone else or buying something else. Last time ever going to digital.

Good collection of refrigerators, washing machine and other usual electronic home appliances, laptop etc. The mall has a good and free parking. Pretty good place. Dalpreet singh is a good salesman. I liked his way of explaining cost and features.

They are holding out brilliantly in spite of Covid-19. Have limited staff and yet, no apparent difference in providing service. The guard at the gate will check your temperature, ask you the purpose of your visit and give you hand sanitizer. The staff was attentive and responsive. I could identify my purchase and conclude everything in 15 minutes.

It is a spam & mobile number is of a scamster. They allure by saying they have huge discount and ask you to make token payment to register yourself. By using jotform they steal your PIN in the name of token amount transaction and withdraw the money.

Had an amazing experience of buying split acs. Services are great.

I would not refer. #reliancedigita is the last stop to buy. Worst experience. Bought an AC and I have no way out to get the installation done. Complained call centre many times fruitlessly. No one listens here. Dont know how will they fulfill 4 years extended warrenty where the installation is such a huge problem.i would strongly recommend no to buy form #reliancsdigital.
