Its in dilshad garden for like several decades and my house is filled with products from nutan, all hearts

Around 2 months ago I purchased a carrier 1.5 ton inverter AC costing Rs 36,000. Within a week or two error started displaying on AC screen. I called for technicians but the technicians cant resolve the issue then 4-5 times another technicians came and even they cant revolve the issue and at last the senior technician visited and found that the gas is leaking but we refused the technicians to resolve the gas leaking problem because once gas leaking problem starts occuring, it occurs every year.So we demanded to replace this AC. After forcing them they finally replaced the AC and send the exact same model.And again after 2 weeks errors started displaying on the new replaced AC screen and after calling technicians they told that your gas is leaking. This time they are refusing to replace or refunding the amount.I was very disappointed with this carrier AC and as well as Nutan Electronics customer service.Im uploading the photos of the error codes that displayed on my AC screen.

Although you will find electronic shops all around; i didnt have a good experience with most (specially the one at mrignaini chowk, thats a strict no to go place!) They have a designated personal representative for each company and a very good after sales support. Highly recommend buying from here. Have purchased 2 ACs recently and satisfied with the purchase. Overall my 4th purchase with no hassles.

I have visited this shop today for stabiliser. And I have requested to show the models they have. Sales guy just denied and said that payment kar do ghar mein aa jaayega stabiliser, uss mein dekhne ke liye kya hota hai, stabiliser hi to khareed rahe ho... Being a customer I have right to verify the specifications of the product, at least on the package. They do not have basic etiquettes to talk to customers. This was my second worst experience with this shop. During winter they were selling second grade room heaters of thermoking brand at very high price.

We paid a visit being the customer since late 90s and enquired about 2 product5 star 1.5 Ton Voltas AC (26000)5 star 1.5 Ton Lyodd AC (26500)I had to leave and my sister were dealing alone and they tried to befool herLater their sales men and the bajaj bajaj finance guy took their words back and mentioned that voltas is also 26500Earlier he mentioned he will charge extra for file charges for finance whih will cost us 700 bucks and later when I left thr shop they were trying to fool my sister and mentioned now there is a charge of 1300We already booked and paid an davance of 2000 and later devide just to buy trimmer but before that they started the emi and we received message that emi will start get deducted and even when we cancelled the deal for AC they didnt mention that you need get the emi cancelledActually sort of cheatingEven we purchased aan AC back in 2015 and at that we have been asked whether we would like to get additional warranty and to which we replied no we are not interested but they still added it and as a result of which we had to pay an extra sum in every emi. Plus the behabiour of their Bajaj finance guy was patheitic seems like he is the owner of whole shop and dont have ettiquite how to treat consumersIts not we who are at lostI am happy paying 500 bucks extra to go through market and gettinga byter than eather than to step in that shop againBeing the owner rakesh sir should atleast tell them to behave or else just like me they will gonna loose many others customer. I know once you have established the value in the makret it hardly mattersBut they surely lost not just one consumer but the entire chaine of my family and relariveI hot the better deal from the shop next to nutan which is deepti electronics and even the AC got installed but why I am writing this review is because we never go to deepti first we also come to nutan first because of our undestanding but now their officials are so dumb they dont even know how to represent the shop and brand associated with it.

I had bought a Whirlpool window AC. They offered fitting the AC for free. When I went to buy, they promised that the fitting is free and I dont have to pay anything. When I went to pay the bill, they charged Rs. 500 for the fitting services. The next day when the AC was delivered these people asked for the delivery charges, which I refused to pay. After that they asked for Rs. 1500 for installing the AC. When I said that the fitting is free the owner of Nutan Electronics said that Rs. 500 is the labor charge and not fitting charges. Anyways, since the product was delivered at my home I had to pay for the installation charges which according to the company is free of cost. So when you go to buy any product from the shop be very careful while dealing with them and make sure that you dont get cheated.I had heard good reviews from friends and neighbors residing in Dilshad Garden and therefore went to the shop for purchasing. Trust me, after the purchase of the Whirlpool AC, I swear to God that in my lifetime I will NOT purchase any product from Nutan Electronics, Dilshad Garden.Please do keep in mind NOT to purchase any product from Nutan Electronics.
