Spoiling Mi Name as showing packed phones to customers and repacking them if one doesnt like the color etc,staff is untrained and impolite. Cross selling Mi with Vivo phones.

Locality is good but stock was not enough

This store is actually a MI studio youll find everything here from mi. However the only thing I didnt found good is that for some products they are not updated in terms of price and availability as well. Although rest everything is good

They black their phones. I visited here to buy a phone they demand 2000+ from MRP

It was a bad experience with this store. The staff was totally unprofessional and was not aware and the product and its features. They hold me 1 hours at their stop just because to know about the phone features. Even the staff was well trained to judge the customer expectations. I took MI A3 and not check the reviews and features and they took granted me to close the deal. I am not happy with the product because this phone is not my taste even the features are not similar as compared to my old phone Redmi Note 6 Pro. Local shopkeepers are much beneficiary for us because they always sell the product based on customer requirements and expectations.

This Mi store is located in Rohini sector -16 just opposite to MI service center .you can get Mi Xiomis phones here. Location is nice .there are lots of options available for MIs Products.
