All the staff is very caring and supportive specially Rashmi nurse . experience was good but need to improve Dr. Ajay behaviour as he is not so much co-operative . Also highly recommend to improve bathrooms hygiene.

Hello everyone i want to share my experience with this hospital , i found this hospital one of the best and affordable in delhi , quick service , cooperative staff and so transparency. The staff from reception to nurse doctor and care taker as well all are super friendly and so good . Doctor Jessy john was super cute and proactive with their work actually all staffs enjoy working their. They do their work with full if passion and dedication. They were so quick and professional with their work. This is the most affordable and professional hospital i have been .

I will highlight in points:1. Hygiene issues- bathroom / rooms are not cleaned at all. Photos attached.2. Rooms emergency bell is not working. And u can imagine how important is this..3. Private rooms means privacy and peace. And asset kept in room should be available for room patient. But in this hospital only 1 refrigerator was available in room no.104 and in that they were keeping all patients medicine and unfortunately that room was mine due to which I was unable to sleep properly whole night as nurse have to visit frequently for medicine.4. No definite output or diagnosis result received from doctor at the time of discharge or even before too.5. Food is horrible. If u see the canteen then I bet you will vomit.6. This hospital will make you more sick rather than better.7. The only best part of this hospital was services received from nurse Mrs. Jassi…I really thanks her for her support.

My Mother In Law aged 74 years. Her Gall bladder surgery done by Dr Ajay Aggarwal. We had a very good experience with him. Staff is supportive. Food is also hygienic. As its pandemic time. All the necessary precautions are taken by the Doctor and staff. Proper sanitisation is done all over the premises. After few hours of surgery my Mother In Law able to walk.. Got myself treated for the kidney stones, the staff is very friendly & Dr.Ajay Aggarwal performed the surgery and was very nice too.

Horrible experience. I request all of you , to please do not go for any type of lab tests from here. Purely looting centre. They are charging Rs. 2000/- for a simple usg with pvr and urine flow test, which actually costs Rs 660 - 750. Normally a PSA test costs rs. 390 - 420. Thery are charging Rs. 600/- and there is no guarantee of the accuracy of the test report. They charged Rs. 600 from me and provide a false psa report. Dr. Aggarwal is seems to a good doctor. But the supporting system and staff are totally useless. really wastage of time and money. go fora good hospital to save your money and time.

As the doctor Mr Ajay Aggaral is seems to good, but supporting system, supporting staff are useless. Please do Not go for any kind of lab tests from here. They are over charging for all tests. Results are also not accurate. Only money making factory . Normally USG with pvr and ufm costs app.700- 750. But they are charging 2000/-. PSA test normally costs 390- 420. But here 600/-. And also providing Fake results.
