My Mother is a patient of Diabetes, We have been following Treatment of Dr Deepak Khandelwal since last 5 years. My Mother doing well. Dr. Deepak is is easy to approach and staff is cooperative.

My father is a Diabetic Patient with Erratic Control. Our Family doctor suggested Dr. Deepak. It has been more than year my father is having good control over his sugar levels.

Listens to patients very calmly and answers all questions.Now a days its very important for doctors to listen to queries and guide in right direction as, is the doctors would not explain things in detail then patients dont have an option but to search for answers online and google surely cannot be a replacement for a qualified doctor.Although the doctor is good but the reception staff here is extremely pathetic!!!Its extremely tough and a huge huge task to just book one appointment with the doctor.I avoid visiting Dr. Deepak just because its kind of traumatic to take one single appointment.The receptionist lies on your face even if you have a call recording of what she spoke in the previous call. She is extremely rude and not good at her work at all.A strong suggestion to Dr. Deepak sir that please change your staff or at least the girl who handles the calls for booking appointments with you.
