My name is Laxmi Narayan I did twice covid test for first time they didnt given me a bill for my test and second time waited for just collecting report took 2 hours.

The staff of the hospital was not cordial...they dont care a fig about the patient...the patient was suffering from high grade fever at around 2 o clock in the morning and nobody was there to take care of the patient...the patient herself went to the staff and told the problem...very poor hygiene maintained...mosquitoes were everywhere...and the staff was very much rude....dont ever go
