Not professional at all. Had availed their services for a surgery as my finger tip (distal phalanx) was cut in an accident. The doctor (V S Malik) charged a lot of money and I had to visit him twice to get my stitches removed from my finger, as the first time he had missed out a few stitches. It was a painful and traumatic process. As the wound got better, I realized there were still two stitches that the doctor missed. So, finally I went to some other hospital to get the last stitches removed, as I did not want to go through the painful experience again. It was so much better at the other hospital.

Pathetic service with 0% results. No timely laser sessions, most of time their laser machine is not working or gone to their some other centre in delhi. So prolonged delays in providing sessions. Staff is highly irresponsible in giving laser sessions as my cheeks were completely burnt after 1st session. After taking huge sum of money and wasting 2.5 years I got no results at this clinic. I advise people not to waste their money at this centre as they fraud people and deny the sessions even after making full payment.

They are the worst centre. they have no proper education. i went for laser and they burnt my skin. i want to file a consumer compliant against them.

Never ever go to this center for Hair transplant, they have no expertise, very unprofessional, they are just doing it for money. In Feb19, my brother got hair transplant done from this center and they have done blunder. Just few days back, hes has got it done again as what Eleganza had done was a joke.I strictly dont recommend this center for hair transplant, you will make fun of yourself with payment. I am not sure about the other services they provide but I can guess that others too would have same attitude and unprofessional approach .Dont compromise with your look, there are many good center in Delhi.Check and make your decision.

Well experienced and specialized cosmetic surgical treatment at very reasonable cost. Hats off for Dr Vimal Malik for his patience, knowledge and skills. Its a very impressive place with value for money that is much needed in the medical profession and is one of the prime requirement of all patients.
