So ,Here is the honest review of Dermaheal clinic. I have been to so many skin clinic before visiting Dermaheal for my freckles ,hyperpigmentation.I got done laser treatment and peeling as well for my hyperpigmentation from another clinic but I didn’t see any difference on my skin and the doctor prescribed me a very expensive creams and serum . After using of expensive product and wasted all of my money on skin I got nothing ..Luckily! I got to know about Dermaheal, when I visited at Dermaheal I found clinic was so well maintained ,all the staff was so friendly and taking care all the precautions against Covid-19.Dr.Arora I mean he’s fantastic,fabulous on his job .I must say he is a good listener too.. he will listen to your problems and gives you the best treatment.He’s doing his best.So he advised me to go for chemical peeling and prescribed me few creams and face serum .Let me tell you guys the products which he advised me it was really affordable.Those creams is showing miracle on my skin.I have done with three sitting of my chemical peeling followed by Creams which he advised me , I am clearly seeing the difference on my skin .My hyper pigmentation ,darkspots and freckles got reduced.Dr Arora has provided me the best treatment.So I will highly recommend to dr.Navjot arora.All the best to the entire staff of Dermaheal clinic .

This is the worst clinic aim to waste your time. Even after booking an appointment, I kept waiting for more than an hour and finally I had to leave this useless place. They call so many patients beyond their capacity. Pathetic and worst experience.

Dr. Navjot is brilliant when it comes to sharing the root cause of your problem. I went there on 30th of june as I had acne issue that were causing redness on the cheek. He explained the reason and also took enough time to brief the precautionary measures.

I had infection on my skin and was wrongly diagnosed, I had I inflammation all over my skin from my head to toe (literally) I have been to may doctors and hospitals CIHSR hospital, Eden medical Center (Nagaland) , Excelcare hospital (Guwahati) and even chonburi hospital (Thailand) but despite all the treatments and medications it just kept on getting worst, i stopped going out of the house because it was all over my face too and that took a toll on my mental health too,I often had to be hospitalised because of the infections,I almost gave up on ever having a normal life, but one of my cousin suggested Dr. Navjot to me so I decided to give it a try, the first visit he just had some test done, and on the second visit he gave medication, and I kid you not, within two weeks all the inflammation was gone, I am still in the healing process as I have been on Stariods, immune suppressants for too long which took a toll on my mental health as well as my body and skin but thanks to Dr. Navjot Arora and team I am on my way to full recovery and I can live a normal life again, would recommend it to anyone having any kind of skin problems. Thank you so much to Dr. Navjot and team. Faith in medicine restored .

The worst receptionist , 100% ego with 0 skills . She even dont know how to talk & how to take appointment . Else Dr. Is worthy if youre going and paying 700/- fees .

The overall experience was quite ugly. First off, the staff were rude and arrogant. Moreover I was asked to visit early and then made me wait for a long time. All this already got me agitated.When asked on how long to wait. The staff replied that the doctor is having tea and would take some time. Really, making the patients wait.Further when I entered the doctors cabin, I was again asked to wait. The doctors behaviour itself was arrogant. This in turn made me feel dubious about the diagnosis.

Doctor Navjot is not only exceptional with his skills but also guides in the best possible way. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are too class.The treatment is effective and affordable.Thanks

Dr. Arora is friendly, listens patiently, gives wider knowledge about the disease, sets a realistic time period for treatment with reasons, gives only required medicines per the environment/lifestyle of patient, have been my family doctor for skin ailments over two years now. I have had good results for severe acne, melasma and erythrasma. I have got online treatment and home delivery of medicine during lockdown too. Seeing the quality of treatment, my colleague and outstation family members too consulted him with satisfactory results. The online booking helps to make appointments as per my time. Waiting time thus reduces or is negligible. The executives at his clinic are courteous, friendly and ready to help at all times. The waiting hall is large and has washroom facility too. The entire premises is clean, hygienic, neat and tidy. Gives me a happy experience on each visit.

Dr. Navjot Arora is undoubtedly one of the best Dermatologist...I consulted with him for my hair related problems. I was really worried for my drastic hairfall but just after a few days with proper medication i could see positive results. I had taken appointment for my Son for today morning. When I reached there I was told that Dr. had gone to the hospital and wont be coming to the clinic. Although I was offered another appointment for this afternoon, I have decided not to visit his clinic again. My son had to miss his online classes just to see the doctor. Even he was very disappointed and annoyed as he had to miss his classes for no reason. Problem could have been sorted out if the clinic staff had called me and asked for the delayed appointment. Totally unprofessional attitude!!

While I have been consulting Dr. Navjoth Time and again for past 6 months but this time the experience was really dissatisfactory.I have been using a few new products of my choice and when I asked doctor what exactly is the problem he said I dont know u are using so many productsIn reality I m using the same protocol that he has shared but products of my choice. He did not even bother to see what are the new products and made a new prescription. Additionally, he wasnt even bothered to hear what I had to say and was in a hurry to write medicine and get done with the video consultantion.I am very sure this isnt the doc I would like to consult every again. I am open to hear but u need to atleast check what m using rather than saying use this super bad experience.

Dr.Navjot Arora is the worst doctor i have ever seen in my life.my wife went with a treatment. Again after 3 months problem started. I reached his cleanic and asked ask receptionist to give me medecin. She said again u will gave to pay consulting charges.You would not believe medecins which he prescribes is not branded .u would not get it anywhere except his counter..Worst part is he does not know to cure the problem from root.he gives medicine which can hide ur problem for some time.again problem starts after 2 months. I would suggest u not to go that doctor

Doctor is good but dont buy medicines from clinic. You will get only local medicines,available with them only. Instead buy branded medicines from market only.
