The common excuse is that the representative is on leave and forgot to update the discount.When all the discounted products are within 40% - 50% off range how can something particular be 25% off ?? Even when it says 50% on its product counter i.e. Soch brand. I wasted almost 1 hr to search a relevant product to gift someone within my pocket range however at the end all in vein.When you try to complain someone at the store, they have this courage to sat that we dont take any complaint here in the store, so go back to the website and put your comments there. Worst thing is they dont even feel sorry about it.Central Mall ke maalik agar iss comment ko padh rahe hain to....Please ek baar iss store ko thoda apne control mein rakhein otherwise ...the management here is in ICU and almost on deathbed.

Quite a good place to shop, but the offers given here depends on them only they change it as per their convenience, I visited here yesterday (25th January 2021) during 4days free shopping offer and had a purchase of more than 6000 so as per offer I had to pay 3000 and Ill be getting the rest 3000 in the form of coupon, but this isnt happening here they let you pay the 6000 amount and tell youll be getting vouchers worth 6000. Otherwise its a good place , a bit expensive, I would prefer to shop from Pantaloons or max they too have the same products with far lesser price. And also the staff here is rude and not helpful, keep these things in mind while shopping at Central Rohini.

It was my first time in any Central outlet and I am not going back there. Its not because I didnt like the variety or the quality of the products but because of the service we received. We had to wait for over 40 minutes to get the billing done. They should look into this as many regular customers were cribbing about the same thing.Maybe, next time Id go for window shopping as they had nice variety in mens formal department.

A truely memorable experience. My wife and I arrived for a 2 night stay and were welcomed by the staff and thoroughly looked after from the start. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was excellent, for both breakfast and evening meal and the staff were so efficient. An excellent place and I would have no hesitation in recommending. If we are lucky enough to return to Agra we would look forward to staying at the Trident again.

Cherry on the cake was when Sanjeev and Mahender started arguing that you can see the products for yourself. Why do you even keep sales reps then?

One of the better places to go on a shopping spree. You get many different brands and super discounts as well.The return policy could definitely use some improvement. It is chaotic to return/exchange a product bought on a discount. Other than that, the benefits of cashback are amazing.

We went to central because they had an offer which was providing 50% off clothes and the other 50% would be returned in terms of coupons. But when we went there and picked our products and went to the billing counter they said that the offer is only on selected products. Bad Advertising and Fooling People On social media so that more and more people visit their store . Otherwise Central is good for shopping but fooling their own customers with such Ads can decline its goodwill
