The worst attitude you can get , just because horilal have become a brand now it doesnt mean that they are different or superior than customers.Not gonna step again there. Theres nothing different there from any other paan shops so no point at all for there unreasonable attitude.

Beware they offer stale pan. Substandard material. I saw a couple of smuggled items also which are banned.... Be very cautious.... At your own risk!

Hori Lal pan has set the benchmark really high. Havent found better quality of pan that too in so many flavours. One might easily end up eating more than desired of the yummy taste.
