Went to Cherish Honda for the 1st service of my Amaze Car. it was a overall a nice experience. I was attended by Ajay Kumar who assigned my case to his team. they handled my car rather well. they explained the activities and cost in a transparent manner. They were punctual in delivery and stuck to their delivery schedule. The best part is they gave me a polish and rubbing coupon worth Rs.3000/- free of cost that i can redeem during a subsequent service or visit. The service center is also bang on the road so very accessible. Overall a very nice experience.

Extremely disappointed with the service. wont recommend this service center to anyone in the near vicinity. My service invoice was a little bit high of 30,000 for 2016 Honda city and ever since that, I have been visiting the service center as none of the issues i told them were addressed. Car wasnt provided to me in a neat condition. It drives worse. Extremely and highly disappointed with the service.

I will not say its bad but nothing superier either. Generally all honda officials are good in behaviour as its their protocol so there is nothing exclusive. Speciality of a service centre is in quality of work and care given to vehicle. Its about trust which wins customers and reviews. So I found most of the service centres lacking in trust. I am giving lesser rating because they offered me a lot of services but didnt complete few things. So I will go back to my previous service centre. To win a customer from other service centre you have to be superior. It seems most of the service centres mostly lack in good planning.. people buying costly cars want superior services and trust but these service centres forget to give trust to people. My attachment shows the dirty handle.. they said it will be cleaned as it was made dirty by black hands of workers... my question is Why to make it dirty and then clean it ? A clean part will not need cleaning and if done it will shine more. At every service centre be vigilant when your car is cleaned or services.

Excellent Service! The courtesy of the staff was like a breath of fresh air. I got my 4 year old Brio back after service (dropped at my door by a most polite and helpful person....for FREE) looking like brand new. The many small things I had omitted to tell the service engineer were taken care of....that was a pleasant surprise.

The car isnt paid attention to, there no cleaning done in the car, they does task that are not told to them and charge for that inspire of telling not to do that task. Maybe good at customer service but not at all good at customer satisfaction, never gonna have my car serviced here.

After getting very frustrated and disappointed from Courtesy honda I lost my trust on Honda after sale services, but had gave a last chance not to courtesy but Cherish honda and finally Sanmeet Singh was the advisor who helped me with all the issues in car and also being soo cooperative and take ownership of my car as his own, so the services received from Cherish honda built my trust on Honda now, I would say that one of the best after sale service team in Cherish honda as compare to Courtesy honda.

I have sent my car here twice and had the worst experience. Stay away from service advisor Sanmeet. He will not pick up your calls and make the experience frustrating for you.

Very bad experience at cherish honda and edelweiss insurance company ,they will suggest u to take insurance from edelweiss company ,but when it comes to claim the will misguide ,I had applied for my claim for accidental damage causing windsheild and damage to bumper damage vehicle no Up86P4140 still after a week the settlement is not done and now they r giving me wrong claims stating that both cant be claimed in a single accident .very bad insurance company and honda service center .big no and never take insurance from edelweiss

My friend had a really bad time at Ring Road Honda. When i was planning Amaze Diesel he suggested me Cherish Honda for both dealer and service. It was the first service and i had a really pleasant experience with them, starting from picking my car from home at right time to on time delivery at workshop, well maintained workshop and nice staff. Well recommended 10/10.

Their service quality declining as they got enough business. Their target is just to add unnecessary tasks to job card and get more money from customers. They didnt arrange or called me back for the part they didnt have, which they assured will arrange in 3-4 days. Previously I lost my two Bluetooth earpieces which I left in car and never got back after car service. I have to stop going to cherish Honda.

There car handling is horrible. Got four services done there and they damaged something or other in each service. I was using it as its nearby, but not visiting them anymore. You can use for old cars only. There service executives are good but no point if they have poor mechanics.

Fake commitment by Insurance team, never take a car insurance by Mr. Mohit Sharma or team.Cherish Honda now become a Fraud scam with Insurance team, they promise and send the insurance copy after payment but they cancel the same after 2 month without any reason and even didnt informed. At the time of renewable, whole scam comeup. A complain had also raised to Honda india. SAME ON YOUR CHERISH HONDA. Using the customers money for your own business like this.One of my brother also take insurance yesterday after payment and received a insurance paper. Same is check with insurance company find that insurance is still not available on there portal. After 2 hour of argument with cherish Honda they accept and update. Please guys never aver take insurance without recheck they use common people money like this and we think we are insured but at the time claim they all become WHAT we can do.

Cherish Honda is situated at Mangolpuri industrial area just close by main road. The reception receives you with warm welcome and the service advisor is prompt to serve you without keep you wait. The service advisors are best in their trade. They listen to you patiently and resolve all the problems. They dont pester you creating the needs of accessories. I got my car serviced satisfactorily. However they take more time than was promised. Mr pramjeet served me and I felt that he took personal attention to get the work done to my satisfaction level. The same satisfaction I had earlier at body shop whare Mr Jeetendra served me well. I recommend the Honda owners to visit cherish Honda for the proper care of their cars.
