I have invested in Urban Greek L zone in 2015 paying 9 lacs. Last year September they agreed to refund principal only in 18 installments vide PDCs starting March 21. So far all 6 cheques have been bounced. Notices u/s 138 sent. Case pending to filed due to some covid relaxation. Hopeful that builder will go to jail but more importantly we should get our money back.

Very bad experience. Invested in Urban Greek project in 2015 and now forced to approach RERA and EOW to get my hard-earned money back.

The builder is a big fraud. Do not get trapped in their bogus projects. I have invested in their Diamond multistate project in 2019 and have never heard a word about the project. Do not invest a single new pwnny in any of their projects. They keep on giving excuses initially, tell them thqt concerned person is on maternal leaves, then the entire family got covid then they secretly shift their office and finally block you on whatsapp and everywhere else.

Had paid 17 Lacs 2 years back but there is no sign of even soil excavation at site. Now for last 6 months all employees mobiles are either switched off or goes ringing with no response. After duping customers in Project names like Diamond and Experia CGHS, now advertising of Urban Heights to dupe more customers in name of Delhi Zone L. Some of the Reviewers here have given 5 stars. Dont go by those as those are from their own staffs e.g. Asma Jafri......Is there any whattsapp or any other social media group of buyers who are suffereing due to this fraud builder. If so do post details. Lets unite to fight

This is a big fraud company. Never ever trust them or get into any kind of deal with them. They have taken 11 lakhs from me, more than 3 years ago and the project has not even started. Now, they are not even returning the money back. FIR registered with EOW, Delhi. Be watchful!!

Big fraud company. Do not invest any money in their any of the projects. They have not been able to initiate Urban Greek and Diamond Multistate projects even after 6 years and obviously have no intentions to refund our hard earned money. Invested 12.5 lakhs, but no progress since 2019.

This is really a totally fraud company. They duped many investors. Complaints are filed in EOW against them.

Top fraud real estate builder, No accountability of their wrongdoing.Every projects are constructed by just sand and dumb material specially in Noida/Gurgaon. And have fooled thousands of home buyer in their fake projects like Diamond multi state, Urban Greek of L zone, Delhi.And not refunding their hard earned money.

All of my interactions with the company representatives have been highly positive! It is refreshing to see a developer being so committed to his customers in times where the buyers are generally taken for a ride by the likes of Unitech, Amrapali, Supertech and the rest! The developer is just as concerned as I am about my hard earned investments, if not more!

This is the newly build corporate office of the Antriksh Group situated near DCP office, Sector 19 Dwarka and opposite to Welcome Hotel, Dwarka.

I invested in one of their so called investment Diamond Multistate CGHSL in Dwarka New Delhi 2 years back...but still they havent started...I am jobless now & I am needed my money back but they are not picking up my call.

In 2015, I booked an apartment in Antriksh Urban Greek through one of their agents, Square Yards. It was supposed to be a buyback scheme in which theyd return my money and interest in 2 years (2017). Long story short: its 2020 and I havent received what was promised.The biggest crook in the organization is Saurabh Arora. Hes apparently the only one who deals with customers. Wait, did I say deals with customers? I mean who is supposed to. Hell disappear for years, then reappear, then disappear again. Hell make countless promises and assurances about progress being made. The CEO nor anybody bothers to reply to emails or calls.Antriksh sent an email in 2019 stating business is doing so well that weve moved offices to a bigger location. Yet, theyll ignore customers and not pay out what they owe.Avoid this company unless you enjoy losing money and being ignored!

I am an owner of Antariksh flat and facing seapage issue for last two year and still its not resolved.Secondly, Unprofessional employees even its in core team and in maintenance too...
